They are very handy in keeping all of the case information in one place and easy to find. Cons The Notes tab is not very user friendly at all. It is difficult to find notes and the note number isn't visible in list view and it's hard to search for specific content. Cons That sometimes when I need to add a case contact, I have to add it, then sign out and then sign in again so I can see it on the list. It can also be easy for other people to look over the file and get what they need. Pros Playing with it overtime, you can better understand the file by having documents or contacts in the right areas like having medical records and bills in one area and having court documents in another. The more you play with it, the better you can customize it to your liking. Cons It still needs work with having deadlines more alerted.
