Cons It can be difficult to figure out how to initially set things up and while you can send notes in office, they do not pop up on your screen so you may miss something urgent if you don't check your notes constantly. It was a very difficult transition from TrialWorks at first, but I think we all appreciate all the advantages Neos has. Pros I love the ability to personalize : the staff and default tasks, the checklists, the case dates, even the layout views for each person. However, the absolute best feature for me are the customizable reports and "living" Dashboards. I created several of those and am constantly referring to them to keep organized.
