Pros: It offers Tour Operators the efficient management of the areas of travel programming, booking, sales and administration. That is to say that with a single program the company can cover their basic needs, crossing information from one area to another. Because it is a web-based system, which can be accessed from anywhere in the world at any time, potential customers can learn about the itineraries offered by the company, quote and book their trips from the comfort of their homes. It provides a useful communication tool because it manages a messaging exchange.

In addition, the company can take control of reserves, sales, payments to suppliers, among other administrative functions and generate the corresponding reports.

Friendly interface and with nice images.

Cons: As indicated earlier with this program, the company can cover all operational and administrative management, although its cost can be very high for small agencies.

Overall: Excellent support to the management of the company, saves time, avoids errors because it allows to track different processes through the registration of tasks, reminders and expired events.

A must for any tour operator that works with individuals or with groups.

Pros: saved hundreds of many hours a year in my office. Extremely quick learning curve. I especially liked the fact that they were willing to do customizations, and the system has frequent updates to stay current. The best value for the $.

Cons: currently we are very happy with system

Overall: a must for any tour operator that works with individuals or with groups. Highly recommend this product.

i can repond back to client quicker.

Cons: right now it does not accept credit cards, but this is coming in near future.

Overall: great support, and will allow customizatiosns

Stay away. Overpriced, sketchy after sales support, no manual.

Comments: We bought this software last December. Tremendous pressure to make payments before seller would even agree to talk in detail. Initially, almost all emails were entirely to do with payments and deposits and meeting payment deadlines. Very scanty 3 line emails regarding product details.
