We were told that the widget was easy to install and that it was compatible with all the sites and it turned out that I had to create 3 different sites to be able to install it. Even then it is not working properly. I have requested help from Chetan several times but with no answer. The back end is complete and still the product is not working.

Dear Karolina, As informed to you, we have provided you with a sample widget for integration on your portal. We have also asked you to get the help from technical person who has experience in designing website for widget integration as it requires some coding expertise. We did extended our support and have made corrections on your web portal and have provided you with a functional widget too. The same support is provided to all our clients. As we have not developed your web portal it will be best if you take help of third party web developer and make necessary corrections. Regards, TravelCarma Team
