I use it often as it seems to help keep my system running smooth and clean.

Pros

I appreciate the versitility of having a quick scan done or a deeper comptete scan.

Cons

It markets additional security through a bit of fear which feels a bit manipulative. Ie... you could be in danger of additional threats if you don't purchase an upgrade version

Pros

This is a really good antivirus program. It is on par with malwarebytes for me and the best thing about it is that you can use it for free!

Cons

I wish it had more features in the free version but it is not a dealbreaker for me.

Very bad experience with thei customer service

Cons

I used to use SuperAntiSpyware as a tool while working on client’s computer and would recommend to the user to buy it. I bought it on my own computer just to support them, I paid with Paypal soI wouldn’t give them my credit card info, I don’t use Paypal much and this summer noticed that every month they were taking around $27 for tech support, I contacted them and opened a case in Paypal but I guess they had put, in very small letters that I would be charged monthly for support. Paypal agreed with them becaus it’s true it was there even if it was hidden. SuperAntispyware said twice they would reimburse the over $200us fees but never did. In my opinion their application is suppose to stop sites from causing hackers and malicious attacks but they rob us with tricks like that and their customer service basically laugh at you about that scam they use.

It is simple to use and effective. Used it for about 10 years on library computers and others that have a wide range of users. I really works.

Really recommended, it solves problems for you when they happen and does it for free, honestly and transparently. It has a premium plan that is basically useless but that's what we should subscribe to: for their generosity, fairness and skill.

Pros

This program is fantastic: I discovered it 6 years ago and it has remained the same ever since: the same logo, the same promotional offer, the same effectiveness in detecting threats. It is very light, truly non-invasive and does its duty when needed, nothing more.

Cons

It is difficult to find negative points. Maybe the fact that sometimes it doesn't detect adware and I need to use AdwCleaner but basically

I am not computer savvy, BUT it is inexpensive

Cons

I noticed 97 items are found everytime I run a scan. I ran a scan last night and 97 items were found and 97 items were deleted. Unfortunately, I had to use my proton mail account for work this morning, I sent 1 email on proton mail and ran another scan this morning. 97 items were found by the software again even though I only went 1 place, Proton Mail. Proton mail was created by Swiss scientists to protect their secrets. I do not think Proton mail is tracking me. Note: I use the free edition, but 97 items were found last night. I wnet 1 place, Proton mail. Sent 1 email. Ran a scan and when I got home from work, 97 items were found again.

Its just great, its my computer safe for a low price, its low on analysing times, clears all the cookies and mess that comes when you surf a lot. You cant ask for a simpler to use software or more effective.

Pros

SUPERAntiSpyware is incredibly easy to use, extremly safe, super useful, its a no brainer, keep it updated, run it a few days a week, presto! your computer stays clean. But dont push it have some resposibility on your websurfing and software installing. Even beign a bit messy, it keeps you safe.

Cons

dont trust the auto update, before you run it, update, its 2 clicks away, takes a minute. It could offer more, but you get what you paid for at a really low price. More would add complexity, slowe times, etc. Keep it Simple.

We bought it to solve spam issues, hacking issues, virus issues especially. All of which it said it did but it didn't seem to work any differently than other programs we've tried.

Pros

What I liked best about super anti-spyware was that it was an anti-spyware and it did inform you if it detected anything. It was easy to use and user-friendly. It was not complicated.

Cons

It was just another run-of-mill anti-spyware program. No frills, nothing fancy, and worked just the same as every other spyware product out there. Caught some things and didn't catch others. It wasn't anything great.
