I can track down the billable and non billable work in it which is helpful. The demand management feature let me prioritize the new projects requests.

Cons

For the detailed projects I find the project data can be repetitive and In initial deployment it needs a lot of time as it for organization wide standards.

my overall experience with celoxis has been positive . OMG it provides so many features at one platform like project management, useful reporting and others.the main this is it is value for money.

Pros

Actually what I liked most about Celoxis is how it brings project planning, task tracking, and resource management into one platform.also the dashboards are clear reporting is detailed and it also helps teams stay organised and on schedule.

So while the initial set up did have its hurdles, my overall experience with Celoxis has been highly productive. I use it every day to help manage the entire life cycle of our data analytics projects, from initial requirements gathering and data collection sprints, to final dashboard deployments and maintenance. Once our team got over the steep onboarding curve it’s totally streamlined how we track complex dependencies between different data engineering and analytics tasks. It keeps our critical deliverables on a tight schedule, provides great visibility into team bandwidth to avoid resource burnout and ultimately helps us measure the true ROI of our analytical initiatives.

Pros

As a Data Analyst, the custom reporting engine and advanced formula fields in Celoxis are huge highlights for me. Unlike basic task trackers, Celoxis allows me to build complex, drill down dashboards to track our project KPIs, resource utilisation and sprint velocity with high precision. I love being able to create custom metrics to measure time and effort spent on specific phases of our data modelling and ETL pipeline tasks. The platform also becomes a trusted single source of truth that enables data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to collaborate across functions seamlessly. The strong API access is also a huge plus, as it makes it so much easier to pull project management data directly into our own data warehouse for deeper analysis internally.

Cons

The biggest downside is that the interface can seem very cluttered and overwhelming for new users. But there is a learning curve to setting up those advanced reports, custom fields and automated workflows, which also needs dedicated administrative time to get right. Backend reporting logic is pretty strong, but the native data visualisations feel a bit static and old school. I often wish the charts were as interactive and dynamic as you would expect from dedicated BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI. This limitation sometimes forces us to export our project data to external tools just to create better visual presentations for executive stakeholders.

Celoxis is a strong option for teams that manage multiple projects, deadlines, people, and resources at the same time. It works well for task management, team collaboration, resource planning, and project visibility. The dashboards and reports help managers understand progress, workload, and bottlenecks without depending only on manual status updates. The biggest value is that it brings several functions into one platform, including task tracking, resource management, team management, reporting, permissions, and collaboration. It may take some time to learn, but once the team is properly onboarded, it becomes useful for keeping projects organized and improving accountability.

Pros

What I liked most about Celoxis is that it covers almost every part of project management in one place. For task management, it makes it easy to assign work, track deadlines, update progress, and see what is pending without constantly asking people for updates. The team collaboration side is also useful because everyone can stay aligned on the same project view instead of working from scattered spreadsheets or separate tools. The resource management features are one of the strongest parts. It helps managers see who is overloaded, who has available capacity, and how work is distributed across the team. That also supports better team management because it becomes easier to plan work realistically instead of just assigning tasks blindly. From a security point of view, Celoxis feels suitable for business use because access, roles, and permissions can be managed properly. That matters when different teams or clients should not see everything. I also think it gives good value for money because it combines project tracking, reporting, resource planning, dashboards, and collaboration features in one system. Customer support and documentation are helpful enough during setup, especially because the tool has many features and new users may need some guidance at the start.

Pros

Risk and Issue Management is really impressive as it is great for proactive projects control and I can customize the project dashboard so I can get the real time view of my project progress.

Cons

The administrative setting is not easy to do also the customization of reports and there is some occasional delay occurs when the projects data gets large.
