I would say my overall experience has been pretty good. It has truly helped me improve our project visibility, client delivery performance, and most importantly, the resource utilization. We are much more dependent on Celoxis for managing our projects, resources, budgeting, and our clients’ expectations on top.

Pros

I can easily keep multiple client projects on schedule and perfectly organised with the help of the task management feature. The timelines are also easily managed with the help of Gantt chart functionality. The main reason for opting for this software was how effortlessly it centralizes our project information, resource planning, and invoicing, all with remarkable operational efficiency.

Cons

Its customer support is helpful indeed, but the response time occasionally varies depending on the load.

Pros

Celoxis's capacity to manage complicated tasks without the need for numerous different tools was what most intrigued me about it. Overall it's been solid — once we got past the initial learning curve, it became the one place we actually trust for project status instead of chasing people down for updates. The Gantt charts and resource visibility have made the biggest difference for us day to day.

Pros

The Gantt charts and scheduling depth come up again and again — users like seeing how a timeline change ripples across dependent tasks, especially when juggling several projects with shared teams.Reporting and visibility are the other recurring favorite — being able to see project costs, resource load, and bottlenecks in one dashboard instead of chasing status updates manually.

Cons

Setup took longer than I expected, and the interface still feels a bit dense even now — there are so many menus and options packed in that finding the right one isn't always intuitive. Took my team a few weeks before it really clicked.

I've had a good overall experience with Celoxis. By offering a central location for project management, task tracking, timetable monitoring, and report generation, it has assisted our team in maintaining organization. Numerous elements that facilitate resource management, budgeting, teamwork, and project planning are available on the platform. Because there are so many options accessible, there is a learning curve, but once you get the hang of it, it becomes an effective tool for project management. Overall, Celoxis has streamlined team operations and increased visibility into project progress.

Pros

Celoxis's ability to bring together all project management requirements into one spot is what I thought best. Without having to switch between several tools, it's simple to keep track of activities, work with teammates, keep an eye on project progress, and produce reports. The time-tracking and invoicing features are quite helpful for managing project expenses, and the many perspectives and templates make organizing work easy. I also like the platform's sense of security and dependability. The support staff was informed whenever I needed assistance. All things considered, Celoxis provides a great deal of capability for the cost and has increased our team's output and project visibility.

Cons

The fact that Celoxis has so many features and setting possibilities that it might be a little intimidating when you're just starting out is one of my least favorite things about it. There may be a learning curve when configuring reports or custom workflows, and some parts of the interface are difficult to master. Although the platform is strong, new users might find it easier to quickly become proficient if it had a more contemporary and user-friendly interface.

The solution is so helpful in managing the tasks within a project management, it is more simpler than JIRA solution, the report generation is tricky if i do not know the right fields and that is one area of improvement that i will give as a feedback

Pros

Celoxis is used and is used for managing projects and helps us organizing in a single resource. we can easily customize workflows, track tasks, manage resources, and generate reports without needing multiple tools. The collaboration features helps teams to stay aligned, and the customer support has been responsive whenever we've needed help.

Cons

It took a little while to get comfortable with all the features. There are quite a few options, It involved a lot of trial and error. A few things also take more clicks than I'd expect, but once you get familiar with the platform, it's much easier to use.
