Overall, my experience with Celoxis has been positive. It gives me a centralized view of projects, tasks, resources, and deadlines, which makes project management more organized. The dashboards and reporting save time compared with maintaining information across multiple spreadsheets and tools. Once the initial setup is understood, the platform becomes much easier to work with. I would recommend it to teams that need a more structured project management solution, although new users may need some time to get comfortable with all the features.

Pros

Celoxis brings project planning, task management, resource allocation, and reporting together in one place. I particularly like the dashboards because they make it easy to see project progress, deadlines, and workloads without going through multiple spreadsheets. The collaboration and reporting features are also useful for keeping the team aligned and reducing manual tracking.

Cons

The main drawback is the learning curve when getting started. There are quite a few features and settings, so it can take some time to understand the best way to configure everything. The interface could also be a little more intuitive for quick day-to-day updates, and some of the more advanced features could have clearer guidance for new users.

My overall experience with Celoxis has been very positive. It helps us keep project requests organized, prioritize work based on business needs, and manage resources more effectively. I also like that the workflows and fields can be customized to fit our processes. Overall, it has made project planning and decision-making more structured and easier to manage.

Pros

I like how Celoxis keeps project requests organized in one place. It makes it easy to review requests, prioritize them based on business needs, and see whether we have enough resources to take them on. The customizable fields and workflows are also helpful because we can set them up around our own processes.

Cons

The initial setup can take some time, especially when customizing workflows, fields, and ranking rules. It takes a little time to understand all the options, but once everything is configured, it becomes much easier to use.

My overall experience with Celoxis has been positive. It provides a solid set of project management capabilities, particularly for planning, resource management, task tracking, and reporting. The platform gives good visibility into project progress and helps teams stay organized. While some areas of the interface could be more intuitive and the initial learning curve can take some time, the functionality and flexibility make it a useful solution for managing complex projects.

Pros

Celoxis stands out for me for its strong project management features, clear visibility into project progress, and useful reporting capabilities. I particularly like how it help teams organise projects, track tasks and dependencies, and collaborate without making the overall workflow overly complicated.

Cons

The interface can feel slightly outdated in places, and some advanced features take a bit of time to understand and configure. The reporting and customisation options are powerful, but the learning curve is steeper for new users.

Pros

Celoxis stands out for its all-in-one approach — combining project planning, resource management, budgeting, and reporting in a single platform without needing multiple integrations. The customizable dashboards and reports make it easy to get real-time visibility into project health and team workload. The Gantt charts are particularly robust, allowing for complex dependencies and what-if scenario planning. It's also very cost-effective compared to competitors like Microsoft Project or Smartsheet, especially for teams that need advanced features without enterprise-level pricing.

Cons

The user interface feels a bit dated and clunky compared to more modern project management tools, which can make onboarding new team members slower than expected. The mobile app is also fairly limited in functionality compared to the desktop version, making it harder to manage tasks on the go. Additionally, some of the more advanced features come with a steeper learning curve, so teams may need extra time or training to fully take advantage of everything the platform offers.

Overall, my experience with Celoxis has been positive. I found it useful for organizing projects, tracking tasks, and keeping team members aligned. The collaboration and project management features are helpful, particularly when there are multiple tasks and deadlines to manage. Once you become familiar with the platform, it becomes easier to use and gives you a good overview of ongoing work.

Pros

I like how this application helps in project management, task tracking, and team collaboration together in one place. It makes it easier to keep track of project progress, responsibilities, and deadlines. I also found the overall interface fairly easy to understand, and the features are useful for keeping projects organised without needing too many separate tools.

Cons

There is a bit of a learning curve when you first start using it, especially when exploring some of the more advanced features. It can also feel like there are more options than you need for smaller or simpler projects. A more streamlined experience for basic tasks would make it easier for new users.

What I Liked Least About Celoxis What I liked least about Celoxis is that it can feel a bit overwhelming at first due to the number of features and customization options. The interface, while powerful, has a learning curve that may take some time for new users to get comfortable with. I also found that some workflows can feel more complex than necessary, especially for smaller projects that don’t require advanced tracking or reporting. The abundance of options can sometimes make simple tasks take longer to set up. Overall, while Celoxis is a strong and feature-rich project management tool, its complexity and initial learning curve can be challenging for users who prefer a more straightforward and lightweight solution.

Pros

What I Like About Celoxis What I like most about Celoxis is how it brings project management, task tracking, scheduling, and team collaboration together in one place. The platform is well organized and makes it easier to keep track of projects, deadlines, responsibilities, and overall progress. I especially like the flexibility and customization options. Celoxis can be adapted to different workflows and project requirements, which makes it useful for managing both simple and more complex projects. The reporting and dashboard features are also helpful because they provide a clear overview of what is happening and where attention is needed. Overall, Celoxis helps keep projects organized, improves visibility across the team, and makes it easier to stay on top of deadlines and priorities. It’s a powerful tool for businesses looking for a centralized and professional project management solution.

Pros

Celoxis does a great job of bringing project planning, task management, resource allocation, and reporting into a single platform. I especially like the dashboards because they provide a clear overview of project progress without needing to switch between multiple tools.

Cons

The biggest challenge is the learning curve. Since Celoxis offers a wide range of features, it can feel overwhelming for first-time users. Some settings and reports take a little time to configure, and it would be helpful if there were more guided onboarding for new users. That said, once everything is set up, the platform becomes much easier to use and the extra functionality is worth the initial effort.

My overall experience with Celoxis is mixed. It has good features like project planning and task tracking, but setup is hard and confusing. Customer support is slow. The interface feels old and reports are not easy to understand. Mobile app is weak. It works well for big companies but for small teams or students, it's not worth the cost.

Pros

Celoxis has good features like project planning, task tracking, and team collaboration. Organizing work is easy once you learn. But setup is hard at first. Customer support is slow. It's expensive for small teams and students. Value for money is okay only if you use everything. Good for big companies and medium

Cons

What I liked least about Celoxis is setup is confusing and takes too much time. Interface feels old and not modern. Customer support replies very slowly. Mobile app is not good. Expensive for small teams. Reports are hard to understand. Learning curve is too steep for beginners like us.

Overall, my experience with Celoxis has been positive. It has helped keep projects organized, improved task tracking, and made collaboration across teams more efficient. While there is a bit of a learning curve initially, the features become valuable once you're familiar with the platform.

Pros

Celoxis provides a centralized platform for managing projects, tasks, and timelines, making it easier to collaborate across teams. As a frontend developer, I found the task tracking, milestone management, and progress visibility especially helpful for staying organized. The customizable dashboards and reporting features also make it easy to monitor project status and prioritize work efficiently.

Cons

The interface can feel a bit overwhelming for new users because of the number of features available. Some pages take time to navigate, and a few customization options have a learning curve. Performance can occasionally slow down when working with large projects or generating detailed reports, but overall it's a capable project management tool.
