Comments: SCHOOL BOOKS where you can track detailed deposits and expenditures all the way from purchase order to your general ledger. The software works well as long as there are no major glitches.

Customer Support

Comments: The technical support is only any good if you have minor issues. One of our three secretaries likes it. When you have anything slightly complex happen then you can be in for a wait. In that respect it is the worst support I have ever dealt with and I work with support companies a fair bit. It took 2 months of constant calling to get them to install software on a new secretary computer!! And whats worse is we had an issue with one computer and the technician was not able to help. What ended up happening was the help that he did do meant that all the Blue Bear software stopped working. Now I have to go through the nightmare of trying to get their support to help before the end of the month!! If it was up to myself and the secretaries we would drop them and go with another company.
