Slice plus is giving us control and insight into our business that we were lacking. The team has been exceptional to work with. and they have been very patient with us. We are not accountants, we are nursery people. We grow plants and they are helping us keep track of our business.

Pros

Slice Plus is powerful software for the nursery industry developed by people in the nursery industry. The support staff is 2nd to none. The software is cloud based so no servers to maintain.

Cons

The learning curve has been steep. However once the concepts are absorbed, it works. What we like least is the specific key sequences that have to be followed in the POS module. The inability to use a mouse or Tab key in the POS is difficult for our staff.

Lack of features and the lack of English speaking tech support people. They may have known their product, but if we can't understand what they are saying, it just doesn't work.

We chose Slice because of the many years of experience by the team, the fact they were in the nursery business themselves for many years, and their team speaks English language we can understand.
