Très déçu, quel gâchis d'énergie, je ne recommande pas cette solution, je suis au bout de 2 mois au point de départ. Attention, un mauvais choix peut mettre en péril votre activité.

Pros

Attention aux promesses mirobolantes du service commercial. Ne vous engagez pas sans résultat concret.

Cons

Contrat signé fin octobre 2025, 2 mois après rien ne fonctionne (Module Hôtellerie et Module Activités) Demande d'annulation en cours du contrat via lettre recommandée. On vous fait attendre 4 semaines pour la configuration de votre site et on vous explique ensuite que le délai de rétractation est dépassé. Attention, pensez à ajouter le coût d'un site WEB, Reservit ne gère pas. Le module activité ne gère pas les fiches d'inscription pour les stagiaires... Quant à la gestion d'un tarif spécifique d'hébergement spécial stage, il n'y a pas la fonction (en dec 2025). Ce sont les tarifs standards qui sont proposés... Ils sont très peu disponibles pour vous accompagner. Vous allez attendre plus d'une semaine entre 2 rendez-vous de configuration...

We understand your frustration regarding the implementation delays and technical limitations encountered. Our teams, particularly Clément and Chantal, dedicated more than ten hours of customized configuration to adapt our solutions to your specific needs (training pricing, individual room sales, private bookings, and per-bed management). We also explored alternative solutions via our Reservit Activities and Reservit Accommodation modules, although these did not fully meet your expectations. Regarding trainee registration forms, this feature is not currently available natively, despite the workaround solutions proposed. Bonne expérience globale. Le logiciel est essentiel au bon fonctionnement de notre auberge. C'est un outil de travail quotidien.

Pros

Le support client est efficace. Les bugs de la plateformes sont vraiment occasionnels. Les clients paraissent satisfaits lors des réservations effectuées en ligne. On aime beaucoup recevoir le courriel récapitulatif chaque matin.

Cons

Pas d'application mobile et le fait d'être obligée de demander le mapping pour certains changements.

J’ai utilisé Reservit au quotidien pendant 9 ans, ce logiciel est vraiment agréable visuellement. Il permet une gestion complète des canaux de réservations et en direct.

Pros

Une interface simple d’utilisation qui permet de retrouver rapidement l’intégralité des réservations et leur provenance

Cons

Logiciel parfois un peu trop compliqué quand on recherche une réservation spécifique, mais dans l’ensemble s’apprend vite.

TOUJOURS EN AMÉLIORATION CONTINUE !!! Le service client hors paire. Très grande disponibilités et ils connaissent leur produit! Aussi une grande variabilité et adaptabilité dans la manière de faire des offres, des présentation de produit en ligne, ...

Une présentation teintée à l'européenne dans les format de présentation (exemple: factures). Ce n'est pas mauvais en soit mais on cherche un peu plus visuellement et comment regarder l'information est un peu différentes. Et aussi, de ne pas avoir intégré automatiquement un CRM avec la Gestion des réservations.

Nous avions besoin d'un PMS. Nous avions longuement hésité puisque c'était aux prémisses de celui-ci. Cependant j'avais travaillé déjà avec Hotello et je m'attendais au même genre d'utilisation. Ce ne fut pas le cas. Ce n'était pas aussi complet. Maintenant, vous avez de plus en plus d'outils qui s'en rapprochent. C'est le coût annuel qui a fait que nous avons opté pour Reservit.

We had a good experience with Reservit. The team to setup the software was very professional.But it was too pricey for our structure.

The front end booking is fresh and mobile responsive. The ability to make sales quickly

The support is not responsive. The price of the subscription for a small structure was too high

J'adore la présentation des prix lors de la reservation en ligne côté client.

Cons

Camping: ne peut identifier les emplacements saisonniers ou en backup; lorsqu'un emplacement est barré, pas moyen dimprimer liste des emplacements barrés avec filtre sur la description. ex: saisonnier, backup, en réparation, etc.

La solution Réservit nous permet d'optimiser la réservation en ligne de nos nombreux chalets à louer. Malgré nos différentes conditions, nous avons été en mesure de bien proposer nos offres, d'attribuer des options spécifiques, de configurer des tarifs ou des offres spéciales en fonction de la période de l'année.

Cons

Vu la grande quantité d'information transmises à Réservit (différentes occupations, nombreux tarifs et offres spéciales, photos de chalets, etc), il y a parfois des lenteurs lors du chargement des pages ou à la sauvegarde.
