Value for Money

Pros: Quirky but easy to use. The public vs member sides of the side make it easy to a have a strong public side to attract new members. The member side of the side allows members to communicate on a member-only forum and list their contact information for other members to see without displaying personal information to the public.

Cons: The absence of customer service is the biggest downside, as is the inconsistency with their email product. As of this week we cannot update our mailing list and as of six weeks ago, our mailings are sporadic. The system sends us a message saying the message was not sent though many on our mailing list are receiving our emails. Our meeting attendance has been affected as has our new Member growth. All without the courtesy of return communication to our phone calls, support notifications and emails to two of the principals and their support department. Maybe someone will answer our attorney because, due to the loss of revenue, that is likely the direction we must take. We've used their software since not too long after they went into business and the entire duration of our business, about 10 years. Disappointing. Poor.

Overall: The software has been a good overall benefit for the majority of the ten years we've utilized it and has absolutely helped us grow a strong association. The principals have sort of "checked out" at this point and the only really consistency is the auto pay charging our bank account every month.
