Business Careware are responsive when needed. Pros The fantastic ability to configure it to work the way we want to work. We have not found any scenario that the software cannot meet for us. For example, it now allows for hybrid working for staff with different attendance rules for different departments Cons It does not have a built in report generator. The standard reports are pretty comprehensive and a lot of information is available live on screen but it would be nice to easily run off ad-hoc reports. Reasons for choosing CABS Flexibility. With all of the other systems we would have had to change our processes to fit in with the product rather than the product flexing to us. The Business Careware implementation team were highly knowledgeable and able to transfer tips and suggestion on working practices elsewhere to our environment.
