MEDHOST EDIS Reviews
Pros
I have had a very good experience with med host, as a new employee it is easy to work with.
I like that Medhost is easy to learn and user friendly.
MY overall experience with medhost has been excellent. The thing it's very easy to understand.
MY overall experience with medhost has been excellent. The thing it's very easy to understand.
Cons
It is very inconvenient and takes a while to load at times, due to stats and time draws.
Medhost sometimes takes a while to load and gets frustrating due to time draw and stats.
The tests that are cancelled are still on the account and sometimes confuses staff as to why the tests were cancelled.
It all depends on what is being done or looked for. Sometimes it is frustrating when you cannot edit something to put your notes.
"RAD/Emergency Department"
Overall: It works well easy to use
Pros: easy for all users, it interfaces with our electronic medical record
Cons: Not many things i dislike about it, it does go down frequently. But this may not have anything to do with EDIS
"Overall easy to use and impressed all around.."
Overall: I enjoy this program, it does take a little while for items to load but pretty consistent on being hood
Pros: The look. It’s easy to understand and find features
Cons: Not enough space to write for characters
"Leaves you wanting more"
Pros: Simple design and works great when it works. Front end is perfect back end is problematic
Cons: Integrations are messy and support is lacking. Our staff seems more knowledgeable about their product than they do.
"Easy to use!!"
Overall: It all depends on what is being done or looked for. Sometimes it is frustrating when you cannot edit something to put your notes.
Pros: It is easy to find patients by date of birth and to delete a encounter.
Cons: The least I like about this app is that you cannot delete a test that was accidentally added on to the account. The tests that are cancelled are still on the account and sometimes confuses staff as to why the tests were cancelled. Sometimes it does not let us edit and put our notes as to why something was cancelled.
