It is very inconvenient and takes a while to load at times, due to stats and time draws.
Medhost sometimes takes a while to load and gets frustrating due to time draw and stats.
The tests that are cancelled are still on the account and sometimes confuses staff as to why the tests were cancelled.
It all depends on what is being done or looked for. Sometimes it is frustrating when you cannot edit something to put your notes.

Cons: The least I like about this app is that you cannot delete a test that was accidentally added on to the account. The tests that are cancelled are still on the account and sometimes confuses staff as to why the tests were cancelled. Sometimes it does not let us edit and put our notes as to why something was cancelled.
