Pros: what the software is capable of doing for my shoe retailing business is what attracted me to buy the software. the owner of the software sims to understand everything about the shoe retailing business.

Cons: the users Manual doesn't tell you what exactly you need to do, to execute specific task . i tried to use youtube posts from the company too, but it didn't help. I have to call the owner to get help all the time. NOW i have told to make additional payment even to get help something i don't get from the manual
