As a small firm, this product was a great addition to our toolkit, because of the features it provided for the price. The Carlson team has a stellar customer service department, I've called them multiple times over the phone and I always get hold of a tech within 5 min and they have been able to resolve the issue every time. Furthermore, the capability of Carlson to work on top of AutoCAD really helps. Cons We've had stability issues when running Carlson on AutoCAD, however, Carlson with IntelliCAD has been great so far. But the transfer of drawings between IntelliCAD and AutoCAD is never smooth, it always creates issues in terms of the layout/paper space.
