As someone who has spent almost a decade in the service industry, I have never interacted with a team that communicates with each other so effectively while aiding customers. All calls are answered politely and promptly. The staff I have encountered, (\[sensitive content hidden\],) have not only answered any questions I had with this program but ensured I left their calls with a deeper understanding of how the program works. This program is phenomenal and using it is one of my favorite parts of my job. Pros The more I learn to use this program, the easier and more enjoyable my job becomes. This software allows for personal customization while providing various functions that guarantee precise calculations. From calculating basic lengths to complex equations, this program can handle it all and more. Cons Sometimes the program can be slightly finicky. When this happens, I have to uninstall and reinstall it on my computer. However, the process is quick and noncomplex. I just started doing earthwork take-offs a few months ago. I had never done a mass earthwork take-off prior to using this software. The team at Rocktek has been amazing to work with. On day one, I did the basic starters training course. It only took about an hour to go through. From that moment, I was able to explore the software and easily figure out how to implement additional features. There software is not bogged down with a bunch of features/information that is not applicable. Everything is designed for a streamline success of your earthwork take-offs. Pros \-Quick response from Rocktek-Training is very simple and straight forward-The reports given are very informative and gives you exactly what you need. -Making quick adjustments to existing take-offs is very simple-If you have any questions, no matter how simple. They are happy to sit with you and work through it all. Cons \-Have not found any yet that impact my work or speed getting take-off completed.
