It's been a blessing. The platform has given us real-time visibility into our operations, improved resource planning, and freed up our team to focus on higher-value work.

Pros

ControlBoard® has been a valuable tool for our operation. The mobile platform has helped free up our team from manual scheduling processes while providing real-time visibility into work activities and resource utilization. One of the biggest benefits has been the ability to see schedules, capacity and workload information as it happens, allowing us to make better decisions and respond more quickly to changing priorities. The platform has also improved our ability to see our capacity, plan resources more effectively, and identify potential constraints before they become issues. Overall, ControlBoard® has increased efficiency, improved visibility across the organization, and given our team the flexibility to manage schedules and resources from anywhere.

Cons

Like most technology solutions, there were some challenges initially where we had to adapt to the system. However, once we began using the platform consistently, those early hiccups quickly became non-issues.

Pros

ControlBoard is easy to use for the field and office. It also integrates great with Quickbooks. Also, I really like the fact that if you do have any questions or concerns, they are easy to get ahold of and answer your questions. Scheduling is quick and makes it easy for the project managers. All of the info it holds on the employees is very useful as well.

Cons

There honestly isn't really anything I can think of that we don't like. Anything we have had any issue with was either changed or was just something we didn't know. The only thing I can really think of, was I wish there was a place for a picture for each employee, so that it is just there when you open the employee up.

Overall I’m happy. Pretty easy site to use. When I need help, the guys are always there to assist me with any problems I might have

It’s pretty easy to use. I like the added field we had put in for lunch removal, it makes it way easier for me.

Cons

Once in awhile if I make a change it doesn’t show the change,, I have to refresh my screen. I don’t like when I reset the grid I have to move the columns all back in place again.

some of the futures seem to be similar and it seems to ask for the same information. id like to see alot of the info in one page to over view everything

Easy to use, awesome customer service if you have any questions, Still learning it but is a very capable program for our needs

Pros

Very easy to adapt to without a learning curve. Acts like a phone app with very little to learn to use in its basic functions.

Cons

Honestly, I have found no issues yet with this app. I'm fairly new at scheduling and this makes my life very easy.

Control Board is easy to learn, has nice features, and is a good visual. Overall, it is a great solution for our company. This is all secondary to the fantastic customer service and support provided by ControlBoard. They are always available to assist, will actively fix bugs, and adjust features custom to the end user. Highly recommend.

Pros

Ease of use, thoughtful features, great value. You can tell a lot of effort is put in to make the product great.

Cons

Any issues I experienced were resolved by \[sensitive content hidden\]. Most were filtering or export problems that were mainly just growing pains.

You'll be amazed with the amount of features this software has. We got it for simple scheduling and continue to be surprised with what else it can do. If you need any support they always answer the phone and solve it immediately.

Pros

Ease of use and customer support. Priced right for any size business. Drag and drop assets onto your schedule. Create tasks/jobs easily.

Cons

That I don't know all its capabilities. I continue to wonder if it can do something and sure enough it does.

Utilize it to schedule jobs and help keep track of recurring services. Coming from an inhouse spreadsheet, Controlboard is very similar, but intuitive when it comes to making changes and adjustments.

Pros

Ease of Use, and easy to access the website from a phone tablet, or pc. Scheduling is as easy as drag and drop and shows many different schedules.

Cons

Nothing that has come up yet. Still learning and adapting to our needs. Once we fully understand the potential, there may be some things we dont like, but not yet.
