Though for companies looking for unattached and independent email and collaboration, it is the best option. All the other providers tie you into their ecosystems and bundle features that you might simply never use. **Pros:** For an admin, it really gives much fine grained controls in configuration and setup and before cloud emails were affordable, it was unbeatable in its offerrings of collaboration features. Its contact management is also great. **Cons:** The interface is unfriendly, to setup and manage is also quite a task and support is not all that.
