Pros: It is very flexible and easy for the Inn to use. We at Trail's End Inn, have used Webervations since 2001. We have 13 rooms and three separate cottages. We can easily change availability, pricing, and all aspects of the information for our guests to be able to understand what each room has to offer and when available. In addition, we receive prompt notification when a reservation has been made and by whom, plus the software automatically indicates the room has been taken, so no double booking.

At the same time, it is easy to access the master calendar in Webervations and mark rooms taken when reservations are taken by phone, ensuring that the availability is quickly and easily kept current. Credit card information is also captured on the software so we can proceed with taking deposits.

There is calendar that shows all rooms/cottages at once and the availability so a guests doesn't have to scowl through each room to see the over all picture for the Inn. Each room/cottage is described in detail along with all of the Inn's policies so a guest has complete knowledge before they book and all of the information is easily changed or modified when ever necessary.

Webervation's pricing is more than reasonable, no percentage and you know exactly what your cost is for the service.

Looking for an online booking/calendar product, without a property management system component, this is.

Cons: There is nothing we don't like, it doesn't show different colors for different rooms on the calendar, no big deal

Pros: easy to use at first glance, could be useful especially if night clerk aspect were updated , which it has not and will not, pretty colors , nice idea in theory. Would be great for a small inn business but as it stands it is not.

Cons: Runs poorly , too many clicks required to access information,inaccurate reporting of cleans causes confusion, user support is almost nonexistent, night check dynamic could be useful but buried in so many clicks that it's impossible to use while guests are waiting. I have to say that I could not in good faith recommend this software to anyone, which is a shame because it could be easily improved to work well for a small inn business.

Overall: It's better than no software but not much.

It Does the Job... but is not able to provide analytics like other reservations software.

Pros: I have used it for 10 years and it has been consistent in performance. It does not add features or get updates much, however.

Cons: The customer support (from reaching a person to the attitude, to the 'help' received has gone to zero. I can call several times and leave messages and not hear from them, even when my call is about paying them! They have been unkind in conversations with my colleagues and have been unhelpful. This change is surprising to me. Our B&B Association has a group plan with Webervations and sadly, most B&Bs have been moving to other products. I think Webervations serves the small B&B niche uniquely and am hopeful that their commitment to respecting the customer returns. I would love to see them create a few videos on how to set up and customize and read reports, too!

Pros: Nothing. I've been told it's very easy to use but I wouldn't know because I can't register for it online and their customer support team is non-existent.

Cons: Completely pathetic customer service. It's amazing they are even in business. I'm trying to be a paying customer and can't get them to contact me. I can't imagine how bad it would be if they already had my money.
