The online storage service is free to $5 per month and they do plans for startups. Pros I can rave about this one. I've never got the hang of screen capture on the Mac and when you are in a chat and they ask for a screenshot!! But, MonoSnap is so easy to use. One click, crosshair the area to capture, save to downloads and you are there. Cons It saves to PNG or JPEG, but I can easily covert to PDF in Mac Preview. There is a MPEG/GIF capture facility, but I need to try this one. I can see the benefits of creating small explainers though. This app will save the video files in different video formats. It is great that this feature is completely free and easy to use. Cons It doesn't have an editing tool, which can disappoint you if this is needed.
