As a small business I seek value in everything I do. I drive a Honda because it's a great car at a fair price. I use Captools because it's great software at a fair price. It will actually do more than I use it for, like billing and trading. It's robust. Cons It's so robust it's awkward to learn, but once you do, it simple and easy to run and maintain. You can even customize the reports. I first began using it in 2003. It's good and tech support is there if you have a question or need help. I can't ask for anything more and highly recommend it.
