However, the hospital software does many things Rapport does but better. Plus it was supposed to be an upgraded product from the previous version (Vetstreet). I would argue that it is not. Pros Text, email, appointment reminders, email campaigns. Cons It has a very outdated feel to it. I haven't noticed any updates or improvements in the 2 years of using. Reasons for choosing Rapport Received a good sales pitch and also was told it would have additional capabilities in the future which have not been recognized to date.
