Pros: * Simple intuitive user interface

* Support entire document life cycle - creation, storage, rerieval, archival, dissemination, disposition, access based control

* Support multiple document types

* Integrates with industry standard imaging solutions, business process management solutions, ERP solutions, etc

* Shorter implementation timelines

Cons: Nothing that I can think of. The solution has improved a lot over the last decade.

Overall: OmniDocs is one of a kind solution for document management in its category. It has helps our clients manage documents efficiently and meet regulatory requirements. Life of documents is increased considerably when you digitize them and store them electronically. OmniDocs helps store documents and puts in base access control policy to ensure document privileges are provided based on rule, roles, practices and policies defined in the organization. It is highly useful product available at very low price.
