"Accounting/ Sales"

**Overall:** I really did not like using the system. It was a bit much and then it didn't integrate with our accounting software, so we input stuff multiple times.

**Pros:** The pros of Salesforce was that the customer service is good and they answer pretty quick. If you have a problem they are ready to help.

**Cons:** The Cons with this program for me was that it was too much. It's not as easy to use, it has a lot of functions that it becomes overwhelming.

"A powerful tool with strong customisability that is one of its biggest strengths and issues"

**Overall:** It is a incredibly powerful tool that has allowed us to greatly improve our workflows. We have faced a number of issues that have stemmed more from not understanding how difficult changing things after the implementation was. We have benefited greatly from its vast level of integrations with external programs that allow us to complete all tasks that we want while having it act as a single source of truth

**Pros:** Using the not-for-profit discount has allowed us to receive 10 free licenses marking great value for money. It is also a highly customisable tool and while it is easy to use, there is plenty of functionality that can be changed and added behind the scenes to allow it to do exactly what you want

**Cons:** The customisability of the tool itself is great pro but it can also cause issues once you have finished your setup, particularly if you integrate third party apps from the app exchange. One thing to be aware of is the extreme difficulty in making larger changes once you have completed your setup. The user interface for some things such as email templates and forms is not the most friendly and is fairly bare bones
