Pros

The ability to customize sales force as you need it. Able to sync with other platforms to ensure compliance.

Cons

It is pricey but it is the best in the industry.

Keeps track of almost everything that is done.

Cons

I cannot really think of any downsides at this time. It is a lot more helpful than our previous software.

I SalesForce Sales Cloud as the CRM tool to coordinate between Avaya and Microsoft Teams to connect with my clients. Salesforce is integrated into my Outlook calendar and stores all client communication data for at least the past 16 years.

Pros

It integrates everything that I need to know really well. From records, to prospect lists, to integrating with my calendar with Microsoft office, it takes a lot of the grunt work out of my schedule.

Cons

It can sometimes lag when I pull up a large number of tasks or have dozens of tabs open.

It was not a good one but this is not a reflection of Salesforce, it was just not meant for me.

Pros

It is a great product but not meant for a single user which I was. You need an admin, which I am not.

Cons

It is too difficult to learn to set up and use on your own.

Our org decided to implement Salesforce and it was setup and customize by our sales operations team, so for me as a user onboarding was easy,. I had used salesforce at a previous employer, so I was already familiar with it, and was able to start using it right away.

Pros

Perfect tool for this frontline salesperson for managing pipeline, sales opportunities, contacts and tasks. The preinstalled dashboards are easy to customize so I can easily analyze my teams performance. The new AI integration automates some tasks and helps me update and analyze my accounts quickly.

Cons

The reporting tool is powerful but can be very complex to customize, I'm usually able to get the data I need but sometimes need to view the help files.

Wonderful, this tool allows its user to handle everything throughout the sales timeline, whether it be leads early in the process, to deals, to returning clients and the details needed to retain them, salesforce is a "force" (haha) of nature when it comes to the sales pipeline, and allows you to log, track, and assign anything, so you're always covered.

Pros

Salesforce allows for a lot of different uses, tracking sales management, tasks, assigning to-do's, etc so it's truly an all-in-one tool. I love that it's not just one usage, you can utilize this tool for many different areas of your pipeline.

Cons

Because it has so many usages and components, it does take a little time to learn, just because there is a lot you can use it for, but my part-time retail employees learned it super-fast despite their lack of time and attention, so it is user friendly, just takes a little time to access everything.

Cons

The look and feel is a little old... that may be because it just has so much stuff in it. I would guess there's a way to offer an easier search bar and make report writing, etc. a little easier.

After some time getting around and knowing the tool, it became my "single point" to manage my portfolio of Accounts. I could find all the information about my Accounts, develop business plans or understanding how many times a Customer had interacted with my company. It provide me with a 360º view of my customers.

Pros

The huge range of options with that you can personalize SalesForce Sales Cloud. How you can deploy a stable solution to your salesforce teams, worldwide, allowing global companies to align their "way of work" across all the geographies. As an example, it allows companies to use it just as a CRM or even as CRM plus, track open tickets related to their accounts, manage bids and contracts negotiations (even between internal teams).

Cons

Having so many options to customize, giving you the possibility of interconnecting information from several teams, in one huge CRM tool - relating it to your Accounts, has the negative aspect of having to much information on the same tool. This leads to some difficulty handling and supporting the users, across the several tabs of information available. And to some complexity for the users to navigate around all the info of one specific Account. Salesforce has done their best to facilitate this, and avoid the outcome of "too much information in one place", for the end-users to access.

The dynamic ability to report and splice and dice information bout my accounts, contacts, opportunities etc

Cons

Sometimes it can be a bit clunky in navigating page to page or finding the specific details but they've made some changes such as the different modes to help this
