Overall, I am having good experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud. It is scalable and reliable CRM that helps business to grow more and their sales process make more easy.

Pros

Salesforce Sales Cloud provides a complete platform to handle leads, accounts and opportunity and some of customer interactions in one place. I really like automation flows such as notify to admin when new lead has been created, and sending some personalized email to client and other user with easy in few clicks. This platform also integrate with other tools in the Salesforce ecosystem and supports nice collaboration between teams.

Cons

Salesforce Sales Cloud is really nice, but the initial setup and some of customization really need some time and for new organization. And, the most is licensing cost can be really higher compared to other.

My overall experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud was positive. It’s a very capable platform with a lot of flexibility, especially for teams that need detailed reporting, custom workflows, and strong pipeline visibility. It does take some time to learn and works best when it’s set up properly from the start, but once everything is configured well it becomes a really powerful tool for managing the sales process.

Pros

The flexibility and depth of the platform. You can customise workflows, reporting, and dashboards to fit almost any sales process, and it integrates well with other tools. Once it’s set up properly, it becomes a very powerful system for managing pipelines, tracking activity, and giving leadership clear visibility over the sales process.

Cons

The main downside is the complexity and cost. It’s not the most intuitive system when you first start using it, and setup can take a fair bit of time and effort to get right. If it’s not managed well from an admin perspective, the interface can also become cluttered with too many fields and workflows.

My overall experience was super smooth. Never felt any issue, their support team was super responsive. And they have blog where they give us really good explanation for each small thing.

Pros

As of today, it's too advanced at a time Ai agents help us too much to handle the customers, one of the best CRM which is future-ready, one of the most trusted and reliable solutions, with really low effort needed to handle this.

Cons

Salesforce Sales Cloud offers cloud base solution. Uptime is 99.99%, from collecting new user data to pushing them a notification for a promotional offer and billing invoicing, the whole thing within fingertips. I love the whole thing.

I really did not like using the system. It was a bit much and then it didn't integrate with our accounting software, so we input stuff multiple times.

Pros

The pros of Salesforce was that the customer service is good and they answer pretty quick. If you have a problem they are ready to help.

Cons

The Cons with this program for me was that it was too much. It's not as easy to use, it has a lot of functions that it becomes overwhelming.

Pros

Salesforce is the most powerful CRM in the world. I can't believe the levels of customization, configuration, automation, and now AI. If you set this up right, you can manage your entire business with Salesforce and Salesforce App Exchange Products.

Cons

I often hear from Salesforce users that the UI design is rather bland. However, when I use Salesforce App Exchange apps- they are often customized and have really sleek interfaces. I recently switched my view to Salesforce Lightning for Sales Cloud and that is definitely an improvement.
