Pros

There are a few reports that I find helpful

Cons

Its took clunky and complicated. Its really difficult to find information and run reports.

Pros

I love having all of my active leads in one place and Salesforce seamless integration with my other source systems makes my life a lot easier.

Cons

There haven't been any real drawbacks in my experience so far. Its an extensive platform so there is a learning curve when first starting out but it's absolutely worth it.

My experience with this tool was amazing. It was very easy to use for me and my team mates. There are so many customizations in this tool which was helpful in creating custom dashboard. I could store detailed information of the customers. The customer support of this app is also very good that was helpful during my initial phase.

Pros

Salesforce Sales Cloud can be easily customized to fit any business. It is very simple to use, so sales teams started using it without much training. It also automates boring tasks, letting the team focus on selling, which helps them work faster.

Cons

It can be a bit slower sometime if there is large amount of data.

Salesforce is a tool that I use on a daily basis, so my overall experience is pretty good, there are only details to be corrected. It's a useful tool that definitely helps me to provide a good customer service and keep record of each ticket I create.

Pros

I enjoy creating tickets using Salesforce because it's practical and functional, and you can navigate easily in each ticket. This helps to have each ticket's information faster.

Cons

Sometimes it glitches when you detach an article and you have to refresh the entire page and the content of a case comment goes lost if you don't save it first.

I have a very good experience with Sales cloud with its comprehensive features and its tools like lead scoring and automated workflows are very effective. It offers an impressive CRM solution that empowers our team to deliver better results

Pros

One of the standout features I like the most is its very high amount of customization and it offers a full suite of tools for managing sales processes. Process Builder features are more helpful for sales.

Cons

Salesforce is a bit expensive for startups and small businesses. While it is highly customizable, a technical training is needed.

Very happy, the customer service was very helpful, the help desk is also very helpful. I would recommend this product.

Pros

Usability, the UI is straight forward and easy to learn. The back end is customizable to your needs.

Cons

Certain limitations with customization, the help desk will say to make a post or upvote a post and you’ll see some common requests that have thousands of upvotes over many years and it’s still not a feature.

I thought that it was a great product and served out purposes in the company. the training was a few weeks long and could have been shorter but that is also based on the company using it.

Pros

I liked that all the metrics and customer information was there and easy to find. also I liked that the cloud was able to be accessed by everyone on the team

Cons

I think that some of the interface was not as user-friendly as some other software that I had used in the past.

Pros

Love the fact I can access anywhere, any time on desktop or mobile. Great way to monitor status of my team's accounts and know the current picture

Cons

Not a cheap product, does take some level of set up to make it useful and there are some features that feel a little to complicated to use unless you have a salesforce specialist

The dynamic ability to report and splice and dice information bout my accounts, contacts, opportunities etc

Cons

Sometimes it can be a bit clunky in navigating page to page or finding the specific details but they've made some changes such as the different modes to help this

Our org decided to implement Salesforce and it was setup and customize by our sales operations team, so for me as a user onboarding was easy,. I had used salesforce at a previous employer, so I was already familiar with it, and was able to start using it right away.

Pros

Perfect tool for this frontline salesperson for managing pipeline, sales opportunities, contacts and tasks. The preinstalled dashboards are easy to customize so I can easily analyze my teams performance. The new AI integration automates some tasks and helps me update and analyze my accounts quickly.

Cons

The reporting tool is powerful but can be very complex to customize, I'm usually able to get the data I need but sometimes need to view the help files.

Le logiciel m'a également permis de faire un suivi et un analyse des ventes avec la possibilité de création de tableaux de bords très détaillés.

Cons

I've been using thia tool for over 15 years and I think is the best tool for sales management.

Pros

Very user friendly. Easy to integrate with social media and other marketing tools. Good reporting and analitics.

Cons

My first experience with Sales Force was when I worked for international call center companies and it was an insdispensable tool. Now that I work at a small business I realize most features do not apply to out business and the cost is too high for what we can really take advantage of.
