A crm company that is widely used and started to be used by corporate circles. It is visually beautiful. Apps can be purchased from the app market, it integrates with every system. It is therefore easy to use for field teams.

Pros

If you have switched after using a very cumbersome crm program, you will understand better how easy it is to use a crm service. Its understandable interface and reporting section are its most successful points.

Cons

It is an expensive product and difficult for everyone to use.

I've been using thia tool for over 15 years and I think is the best tool for sales management.

Pros

Very user friendly. Easy to integrate with social media and other marketing tools. Good reporting and analitics.

Cons

My first experience with Sales Force was when I worked for international call center companies and it was an insdispensable tool. Now that I work at a small business I realize most features do not apply to out business and the cost is too high for what we can really take advantage of.

Salesforce Sales Cloud has been a wonderful tool for managing sales and follow-ups for customer relationships. It has actually simplified the processes of tracking leads and closing the sales for my team

Pros

The reporting and analytics features are very thorough—they give us the big picture of how we are performing. Further, you get extreme flexibility for customization, which makes it sufficient for customized approaches to meet envisaged business specifics

Cons

It can feel a bit overwhelming getting started with Salesforce because there is a lot to learn. Having a fully working system takes some amount of time and money to set up for everyone

Pros

Love the fact I can access anywhere, any time on desktop or mobile. Great way to monitor status of my team's accounts and know the current picture

Cons

Not a cheap product, does take some level of set up to make it useful and there are some features that feel a little to complicated to use unless you have a salesforce specialist

Mostly there is nothing I like least about Salesforce cloud honestly

It’s been a ride of wonderful experiences because you get to play simulations in order to learn how to use it before launching it in your company

Pros

Salesforce really gives an insight on how to manage customers. In my opinion, it’s the number 1 CRM tool for companies especially if they’re large. It makes it easy to keep track of everything within the company from scheduling, advertising, sending of emails and a lot more. It’s a wonderful tool to organizations

Cons

Sales force has come a long way by always updating it's interface and making it easy for people to use so I do not dislike anything about it

It helped us have all the visibilities which we never had before plus reporting made it easy to make informed business decisions. It made lives easier for each team and the ability to customize this platrom is really great which makes it easy to adopt and make it as we change the requirements.

I used Salesforce daily for the last two years and it was a game changer for tracking and documentation for Signet Jewelers. We have much clearer picture of the guest interaction as well as tracking escalations, services and purchase history.

Pros

I like that Salesforce is user friendly. I was able add information and modify entries rapidly. It was a very reliable source that my company used for guest contact information as well as for logging calls or sending emails.

Cons

We frequently had difficulty syncing repair information so we often had to rely on other systems for repair status. And upon occasion, the sound quality for calls was an issue.
