I think Salesforce is wonderful for building out templates for routine use. I use it almost daily to get our quick communications and have never had issues or pushback with sending like other software.

Pros

As someone who self-taught themselves how to use the software for mass email marketing, Salesforce is super beginner friendly.

Cons

The process for updating distribution lists is quite tedious and can easily be messed up and need to be reevaluated.
