I was a new user and I caught on very quickly. It is not hard to navigate the database. However, when you left out of Salesforce the list would put you back to the beginning which was not great at all.

Pros

I can store information shared by clients, making it easier to maintain context across conversations, such as ongoing projects, or details for future reference. Also, it made it easy to share content with colleagues.

Cons

I did not like that I could not change the pertinent information myself, the administrator of the team could only do that, and it sometime delayed my work process.

Pros

I think the customization of the platform is its strongest point, a large number of plugins and other software can be integrated to achieve almost any task. Dashboards and reporting tools provide all your valuable information in one place.

Cons

The part we have had the most problems with are the filters, they are somewhat difficult to create. The graphical interface does not seem to us to have the best design and in parts it is not intuitive. The implementation has a learning curve, an important point for those who value implementing it, it is complex because it can be highly customized. You must have someone expert on the team

Pros

Salesforce has a lot, it helps to follow up, keep track, move things. But too many tabs open and too many steps for simple stuff.

Cons

Also, updates are slow. If I move a deal, I don’t see it reflect fast. And it could use more shortcuts.

Easy to use from computer or phone app. I never thought the app would have so many apps inside of it that you can add

Has everything to improve sales. It even has an app to do it on the run. Contacts, prospects, vendors can be added. Reminders of tasks can be scheduled. It is everything you need to make sales.

Cons

Have not figured out if you can import contacts to make it easier to add in bulk.

It’s been a ride of wonderful experiences because you get to play simulations in order to learn how to use it before launching it in your company

Pros

Salesforce really gives an insight on how to manage customers. In my opinion, it’s the number 1 CRM tool for companies especially if they’re large. It makes it easy to keep track of everything within the company from scheduling, advertising, sending of emails and a lot more. It’s a wonderful tool to organizations

Cons

Sales force has come a long way by always updating it's interface and making it easy for people to use so I do not dislike anything about it

Overall, I think it’s a very satisfactory program. The difference between using and not using Salesforce in the sales team is very significant. It helps in organizing processes and results clearly and assists in working systematically.

Pros

Above all, the biggest advantage is the ability to customize fields according to the needs of the sales organization. As the sales processes changed and the organization expanded, there were many additional processes to incorporate. Despite this, there are many features that can fully cover these needs, which has been very helpful for our work. Additionally, the ability to create a wide variety of reports is another advantage. This has been extremely useful in identifying the causes of poor sales and finding ways to improve sales performance.

Cons

The complexity is very high, so it is quite challenging to set up new processes. We often seek help through Trailblazer and refer to what others have created, but it is still very difficult to configure without specialized knowledge.

Navigating the tool is very easy. As a supervisor I can easily manage my team by looking at the omni supervisor and you can see everything

For my own preference, the color, we can make it more lively or have a dark mode for others who prefer but other than that I would say it is perfect.

Customizable product that can be adapted to fit every business' requirements, though it does take some time to get setup and running!

Pros

Works considerably well for enterprise companies with custom deal-flow and lead requirements.

Cons

Due to the customisable nature of the product, it takes quite some time to get things setup. The UI is also quite outdated and not that user friendly.
