Overall good, fast and stable. I can rely and store all records and data in SF. And track my colleagues interactions and activities too with clients

Pros

Its convenient to use for any interactions with clients as well as creating reports on commercial pipeline and use internally.

Cons

Interface could be more modern. Can get quite complicated if you are a lot of data sources and iformation.

It's a great system, and it helped us put some orders in our sales process. As we onboarded more sales representatives, it was easy to integrate them into our process.

Pros

Everything is in one place - the ability to understand customer or prospect status without jumping between multiple systems. A great alignment tool between different stakeholders in the customer acquisition journey process

Cons

In rare cases, you need to integrate with another complex system.

Rock solid for our uses, only one technical problem that was dealt with very promptly.

Pros

The ability to reassign cases and keep track of who's working on what. Also the detailed case history of technician actions and solutions is useful for RCPS as well.

Cons

A lot of the fields are not used in our case, could probably get away with a much simpler and streamlined approach,

It was easy to use, and the way everything was set up, you could easily find what you were looking for.

Cons

Sometimes it would crash unexpectedly which happens with software from time to time. Or you couldn't find a page cause it would give you the 404 error

I have had a wholly positive experience with Salesforce. It has streamlined my workflow as a nonprofit fundraiser by helping to organize and keep track of many different streams of information. I’m not sure how we managed without it.

Pros

The robust capacity for organizing information is unmatched. It is possible to segment lists, track performance for many projects simultaneously, save specific individual information for people and institutions…the list goes on and on.

Cons

There is a learning curve. It takes time and ideally some guidance from an expert to help get someone on-boarded and fluent with the Salesforce platform. I’ve used it for years and still feel I am only utilizing about 50% of its capacity.

I have found it a much more manageable program than other sales and lead programs I have used. I do wish it did not time out, and that it was not so easy to duplicate leads

Pros

The ease in entering information relating to leads. It is also VERY easy to track your leads and their status.

Cons

It times out. It also often does not properly convert leads to sales. There are almost TOO many options , but that also may work for a lot of organizations.

Pros

The thing I like most about Salesforce Sales Cloud is I’m able to program it for my companies needs. I like that I’m able to add notes, upload items as needed.

Cons

I really don’t have any complaints in regards to the software, I personally like it and thought it works great.

Its great indeed just needed to be a bit more customer focused rather product offerings

Pros

Sales force is one of the integral function I have witnessed in my decades of career. I used it in a capacity of report, DI and research level with the sales team. I found it very equipped and well functioned tool It comes with inbuild AI that learns your pattern of activities and keep you updated on the upcoming changes. This saves a lot of manual hour with perfect output.

Cons

This is very expensive to have. It costs per seat and its non transferable. Another thing I would say is changes. They are not very pro to changes or customization

Salesforce is the best CRM out there as a general CRM, to manage sales, create quotes, send out invoices, and more. When my previous company switched us from Salesforce to MS Dynamics, it was an absolute nightmare and actually lowered revenue due to how cumbersome MS Dynamics is

Cons

I don't know how much it cost versus MS Dynamics, but I'm sure my previous company did the switch due to cost. However, this lowered our revenue and profit by even more and wasn't worth it.

Overall good and it does the job. It has an easy interface but not as aesthetic. Salesforce is probably known in the market due its value being clearly shown.

Pros

As someone who's joined sales, it gives you a full history so you can get familiar with the account which can then be leverage for efficient prospecting.

Cons

Everythign works but the layout seems a bit old for someone who is young, maybe a better aesthetic would be nice
