Pros

I likes the lead management that you get with this software. The campaign ROI monitoring is great as well. Most of all the customer success has been tremendous.

Cons

It is a bit of a higher cost for a software like this, but it definitely feels like you get what you pay for. Some things require training for some but it can be done relatively quickly

In rare cases, you need to integrate with another complex system.

The ability to reassign cases and keep track of who's working on what. Also the detailed case history of technician actions and solutions is useful for RCPS as well.

A lot of the fields are not used in our case, could probably get away with a much simpler and streamlined approach,

It has a very flexible architecture which made it possible for us to customize it to fit to our unique sales needs. Salesforce Sales Cloud analytical features keep us on the lookout for our sales performances by giving us very detailed metrics reports.

Cons

Salesforce Sales Cloud has consistently delivered very fulfilling services to us. There are no cons towards it.

Its great indeed just needed to be a bit more customer focused rather product offerings

Pros

Sales force is one of the integral function I have witnessed in my decades of career. I used it in a capacity of report, DI and research level with the sales team. I found it very equipped and well functioned tool It comes with inbuild AI that learns your pattern of activities and keep you updated on the upcoming changes. This saves a lot of manual hour with perfect output.

Cons

This is very expensive to have. It costs per seat and its non transferable. Another thing I would say is changes. They are not very pro to changes or customization

The software lacks some things which could help it be more user-friendly. When saving routes, you have to hit save two locations which doesn't make sense.
