Pros

Its interface and design is very nice. It has excellent security controls. I like it because of the simplicity that you can customize the page formats. Creating and exporting reports or sharing them by email, help me to save time.

Cons

I feel that there is no adequate plan for a small business.

Pros

I like that you can get a good amount of leads and filter down to specifics.

Cons

The software lacks some things which could help it be more user-friendly. When saving routes, you have to hit save two locations which doesn't make sense.

I love the new dashboard. It's beautiful, and I especially love that you can have different graphs to display and show during meetings to impress management.

Cons

We have an automated process that sometimes fails and gives us inaccurate data. When this happens, we have to spend time troubleshooting to figure out what went wrong.
