SalesForce is customizable, their support is great and very helpful, and the product presents useful metrics and data in a way that is easy to consume.

Cons

The price is a bit high, integration can be rocky at times, and there were some items of customization that we could not alter.

I helps to keeps everything organized in one place. It’s super easy to use, and the automation features save a ton of time. Plus, the reports are awesome for making quick decisions. Overall, it’s a really handy tool for managing sales

Cons

It can be a bit overwhelming at first. There are so many features and options that it takes some time to get used to everything. Also, it can get pricey, especially for smaller businesses

Overall, Salesforce Sales Cloud is a powerful CRM solution that has helped me in scaling business and adapt needs .The high cost and complexity of implementation can be significant considerations but the benefits far outweigh these concerns.

Pros

Salesforce Sales Cloud provides a comprehensive suite of tools and features to empower sales teams. It helps me to enhance sales processes and customer relationship management. It has a very easy user interface and good customer support. The analytic tools in sales cloud are superb . Also a thing that i like about sales cloud is that it integrates seamlessly with other salesforce products which allows us to connect various systems and centralize our data.

Cons

So far, I don't have any dislike about Salesforce Sales Cloud as I got all I need from this software but a thing which i think should be looked on is that pricing can be expensive for startups especially as it includes extra charges for integration and customization. One more thing is that implementation process can take weeks or even months so this can be a challenge for businesses looking for a quick setup.

I was in marketing team but we were using the Sales cloud data to generate reports on MQLs and SQLs, overall it was ok, importing and exporting data was not tough but somethings got tricky due GDPR at that time like 4-5 year back.

Pros

I was actually supporting the sales team in using the tool more efficienctly. Lead tracking and scoring system was good as it help to priortise the leads. Easy Integrations with other tool was also a nice thing with salescloud.

Cons

The intial set up and customisations were very complex abd alsoonfiguring it to match specific business processes can be time-consuming and sometimes requires a steep learning curve.

Pros

I like how much functionality comes out of the box. I also like how easy it is to customize. While some pieces require technical experts, basic things are pretty easy to learn and Trailhead is an amazing free tool. The community around Salesforce is pretty awesome too.

Cons

It's not cheap. Pricing is varied depending on how many licenses you need and how well you can negotiate. They don't publish standard pricing which can be frustrating.
