The overall experience is not bad but is a bit costly. New user will take time to learn it completely.

Pros

The Salesforce Sales Cloud is all in one for Sales, leads and funnels etc. It is fully customizable with AI assistance, which makes the report much more accurate with adequate data. It supports Automation, which makes workflow management easy.

Cons

The platform is not cost effective.

Pros

I like to use Salesforce as it's easily customizable. It's a one stop shop for most of the tools that we are using. It contains customer's accounts at the same time the tools we use to identify the issue on the account.

Cons

Since we have customized it, it has a lot of tabs and can get confusing at times.

I appreciated the robust client management features, powerful workflow automation, & extensive customization options. These capabilities significantly enhanced customer relationship management & operational efficiency.

Cons

The steep learning curve & complexity of setup were challenging. Setting up access controls, customizing fields, & configuring workflows required significant time & expertise.

Pros

I like the Salesforce UI and I find it easy to navigate between functions. We use Salesforce to manage all of our booked business and I find it very easy to locate contracts and make changes.

Cons

I think there are certain functions that Salesforce overcomplicates/makes tedious. For example, making many upweights/downweights to booked business can be very complicated and these changes are not recorded in a clear manor.

Salesforce is the benchmark against which all other CRMs are measured. The customization that an organization can implement into the crm makes it invaluable for any business that wants to maximize it's relationship and profit potential.

Cons

What I love most about it is also one of the things that I like least in that it can vary from organization to organization.
