Pros

Easy to download. One login can connect across range of software.

Cons

I used Pardot and updating templates is not easy. When compared to Knak, Knak is so much easier to clone templates.

Pros

I like the Salesforce UI and I find it easy to navigate between functions. We use Salesforce to manage all of our booked business and I find it very easy to locate contracts and make changes.

Cons

I think there are certain functions that Salesforce overcomplicates/makes tedious. For example, making many upweights/downweights to booked business can be very complicated and these changes are not recorded in a clear manor.
