I use a product called saaspmo where I can look for business requirements and it’s great to work on. I also used the salesforcecloud and automated the order punch out to other applications and it is done with ease and for sure this is a good tool

User interface is something I don’t like and it can be made better

it is easy to read sometimes and the different colors are useful.

Cons

it is not compatible with our software at times and it doesnt have all of the capabilities we need. any software updates cause MAJOR fails for customers. the system is too basic for real time updates and cant always mirror what the customers see online in their accounts. this software is for less involved purposes. i dont think it can keep up

It is quiet easy to find out the entire breakdown or maintenance data in just one click, you just get the cumulative data in one go of respective month. Also it is easy to communicate with customer and ask their view on the ongoing issue in same platform and based on the view you can close the ticket.

Cons

Some times facing error while creating cases and task. Also you need to set it up as per your requirements and data, so that you team can use it without any hinderances or sang.

For our team, Salesforce Sales Cloud has been a success. It resembles a contact organizer on steroids with incredible power. All in one location, we are able to handle deals, track leads, and communicate easily. Salesforce even assists us in projecting future sales and pinpointing areas in need of development. Although there was some initial setup required, the increased productivity and favorable effect on our sales pipeline made the effort worthwhile.

Pros

Salesforce's Sales Cloud is revolutionary. With all of our customer data and pipelines in one location, it helps keep my sales team focused and organized. Because of the simple tracking and automated tools, we've closed more business. Strongly advised!

Cons

For our sales team, Salesforce Sales Cloud has been an excellent CRM. Everything is kept arranged and readily available, including contacts and deal stages. The mobile app allows us to stay on top of things while on the go, and the automated tools save a ton of time. Getting the team used to the UI was the only minor learning curve, but other than that, it was very easy to take up.

Salesforce has a very built-out system for so many different aspects of non-profit management. We never had to ask for anything to be implemented as it was already there!

Sometimes the software is not the most user friendly and it took a couple of different trainings for our employees to understand how to most effectively use the software.
