Salesforce's Sales Cloud integrates my sales. If a customer needs more time to think about whether or not to purchase our services, I can save time by returning to the previous order I put in Salesforce Sales Cloud rather than creating a new opportunity.

Pros

I like that it can help us get our sales department more organized, that it's easy to use, and that I can save all of my leads in one place. Furthermore, because to Salesforce's popularity and scale, virtually every other tool or piece of software exists or is in the process of developing an integration with Salesforce.

Cons

There is a steep learning curve associated with using Salesforce Sales Cloud, as it is not intuitive to novice users. Salesforce Sales Cloud's pricing structure may be out of reach for startups and other small organizations.

Salesforce's configuration options are so extensive that I can't imagine a scenario in which the software wouldn't be able to fulfill the user's requirements. If a feature is needed but hasn't yet been implemented by Salesforce, it can be created by a third party and made available in the marketplace.

Salescloud es una herramienta que es intuitiva, no es necesario ser un desarrollador/programador o estar inmerso en el mundo TI para entenderlo, su interfaz es sencilla de comprender y usar, tiene demasiadas API's para integrarse con otras aplicaciones, tienen cursos gratis para comprender y aprender a usar como un experto el aplicativo.

I loved the distribution of menus and screen view of tools for sales purposes., everything was accessible and easy to find, very user-friendly, as a sales team lead it was perfect to keep track of sales and opportunities of the sales agents as well as great to track progress and forecasts.

Cons

I would probably have the option to customize it according to the employee role in the company because as a salesman it has too many charts and options that are not beneficial for a salesman but for management, as well as some of the features visualized on the screen would be necessary for a team lead and not a customer support agent, so having it customize accordingly would be better.

My experience using Sales cloud bends towards positive side only. It's Automations , Customizations , Efficiency , Insights are the some of the liked things in Sales Cloud.

Pros

Salesforce Sales Cloud offers good features like Automations , Analytics and Data management. As it is a cloud based platform so On-premises server maintenance are not required. It's Mobile accessibility is one of the best compared to competitors. As Salesforce has the one of the largest active community the support is very impressive.

Cons

Pricing structure and complexity is one of the considering thing in Salesforce sales cloud. Mobile accessibility is good but it's functionalities are very limited in my opinion.

It's a powerful tool that has allowed our organization to do away with our older mainframe systems and begin to use cloud based computing which had not always been the case. Even though we were slow to adopt, it has been worth every penny switching over. Our employees absolutely love it. No more toggling between multiple tools.

Pros

I like the fact that it's a great CRM tool regardless of whether you're in Customer Care, Sales, or Sales Support (don't let the name Salesforce lead you to believe it's only for sales anymore). It has customizable reporting features that allow for greater insights into customer activity and history. Great software!

Cons

From my understanding it is quite expensive. As a project manager we've had to limit user licenses to customer and sales support teams as well as web marketing. Eventually we would love for the folks in location operations to have the capability but from a cost standpoint we're not there yet.

I love it and have found it to be super useful. I am able to pull up my daily tasks at a glance as well as check my productivity for the day (as well as my teams).

Pros

I love the overall look of the program, it is very customizable to ensure you are seeing only what you need or want to see which is awesome, and it also helps you to navigate through varying stages of a task/order.

Cons

Sometimes with certain issues or exceptions, it could be hard to relay information to other people or teams, which caused patients to occasionally "fall through the cracks". I feel like the program could be a bit more streamlined; however, that being said I also feel like my company uses SF to perform a job function that it was not truly intended to be used for.

I have overall had a great experience with Salesforce. The only other similar tool I've used in the past is Infusionsoft and Salesforce is LEAGUES better! I could never go back.

Pros

I can honestly say that I would not be able to do my job as a Director of GTM Operations without Salesforce. I like that I am easily able to track note from customer calls and use templates to make that even more streamlined. I use reporting functionality extensively and find that ability to clone reports (or save as a copy) to be something that saves be hours each week. I'm able to easily use a report I already have to deliver on what my leaders are requesting or need (often with a short turnaround). I like that I'm able to easily export data from salesforce to a spreadsheet where I can further manipulate it as needed. This is something that I find myself doing on a regular basis.

Cons

I have found the login process to be annoying and would prefer that I could us multifactor authentication in a manner without needing my phone. I prefer to not work with my phone near me so needing to authenticate sometimes multiple times per day is frustrating. As certain fields have been removed from Salesforce, I've noticed there is lack of ability to check dependencies prior to someone hiding a field.

Reason for choosing Salesforce Sales Cloud

I didn't have a choice in purchasing, but am glad we ended with Salesforce.

Using Salesforce Sales Cloud has been very productive and effective for our organization. The platform customization options allow us to adapt it to our needs. It has many tools being a suite that has several services, its wide range of solutions offers third-party solutions to fill that gap. What makes it even more powerful is its wide compatibility; It seems like every other software out there has or is developing an integration with Salesforce. I have used other Salesforce services and over this time I have noticed how the platform has improved internal collaboration between our teams and has elevated the customer experience with more personalized solutions.

Cons

As for the reporting features, they are promising, but plagued with a few glitches. I have noticed errors, particularly when trying to drag and drop fields into reports. Creating reports is more cumbersome than what I've found with platforms like Microsoft dynamics. The tool requires a certain level of proficency, especially if you are trying to create reports that include complex variables, such as accounts and specific types of engagements.

Sales Cloud is the bedrock of my sales and sales operations teams. The system has been built to reduce sales peoples time on admin, reduce data errors, surface useful data at the right time and enable data and processes to flow from one team / process to the next

The ability to customise and develop the system around sales, marketing and customer service processes. This allows companies to develop Salesforce over time and add on practically unlimited standard or custom built additions

Cons

The price is high when compared to other CRM systems. However, I believe the price represents good value for money if the CRM is configured and maintained to grow with your business. Cheaper CRM system will often seem cheap in the beginning but much more expensive in the long term

Once you get the hang of it, it is the most valuable tool in what concerns CRM. As a ticketing system, it is neat and quite intuitive - most of it is automatic, according to your settings. All the functionalities (send emails, leave comments, store contacts and more) are there. It might include a chat functionality that if automatized, can make your customers in touch with you in some clicks. As a knowledge base it is complete, everything that happens on Salesforce remains there for everyone to consult - not only articles but also past tickets

Cons

Getting the hang of it , especially for new users can be not exactly beginner friendly. As a CRM it stores all data: this means that if you are looking for something specific without choosing carefully your searchwords, you might get too many results to manually look through - even if they are organised by typology.

Pros

Salesforce is the original and best in class sales crm saas platform. Anything on the market that plays into this space was based off their original ideations. Some features can be better, but it is prime for contact management and forecasting.

Cons

Salesforce can be really expensive and does not have the most comprehensive set of easy to use, automated outrounding tools.
