### "Salesforce Leads the Charge!"

September 25, 2023

5.0

Overall, this is an excellent sales tool that our team enjoys and uses daily.

Pros

is great for sales teams of any size. It's intuitive interface is simple, clean and easy to learn and use. This makes for a highly adopted and used software that is going to give you your money's worth!

Cons

The CRM was tough to segment until we were able to map out the properties properly internally. So this is something to consider before going live with the product.

### "Great CRM"

March 30, 2021

4.0

I was able to get critical reporting out of the system to help provide updates to leadership as priorities changed.

Pros

Salesforce is very easy to use and offers a wide range of customizations to fit the needs of any organization.

Cons

Learning curve at first was pretty steep to see how everything fit together. Would recommend looking at third party implementers or similar organizations to help get started.

### "Essential Sales CRM"

October 10, 2022

4.0

Pros

Salesforce allows us to set our own Sales and Pipeline flow with rules and automations. We can easily create custom fields according our business requirements without the need of a dev team or similar. The Reports are great and flexible. We can extract info from almost all Salesforce object and share them with other users.

Cons

The dashboards. I suppose Salesforce won't improve them, as the company also offer Tableau. It seems like Salesforce created the problem to sell the solution. Not being able to export files and attachments massively. It's quite expensive and can be complex sometimes

### "Greats software for CRM but expensive and hard to impliment"

April 23, 2021

3.0

My overall experience was frustrating and the lack of support only clouded the quality of the product. When we ask for support we were told we had to go to a third party to get any help on our implementation. This was not clearly communicated when we were sold the software.

Pros

Saleforce is the standard for the industry and has a price tag to match. When we implements Sales force we had 2 sales people and 6 PM’s that used it. The customization and automation where fantastic features and of great benefit. The sales to customer success migration was also a valuable feature for us.

Cons

The software was expensive and the sales person made licensing sales complicated and confusing. Once we were sold on the software our sales person disappeared and we had another rep who basically said deal with what you have. We wanted to change our model around but at the time Salesforce did not let us do this. We let the license expire and moved to another product

### "A Business Essential for Success"

October 13, 2022

5.0

Pros

product is an essential part of our day-to-day operations. Not only is it incredibly intuitive, but it also has so many options for customization to our business. I find that if I think of it, I can build it with Sales Cloud. There is always support if we run into any technical issues and training materials to aid in our implementation and learning processes. Overall, it's a great value for the money, especially when one considers that you can pay per license and pay significantly less than other products.

Cons

Sometimes, we could get so impressed with what Sales Cloud could accomplish that we would get carried away and over build what could have been a simple solution. It's important to understand your business thoroughly and get familiar with the tools so as not to overbuild.

### "A very complete CRM cloud based"

August 15, 2021

5.0

Pros

The fact that it relies completely on the cloud, so you don´t need a big IT team focused on the architecture and security, salesforce worries about that for you. The way salesforce offers SOAP and REST APIs out of the box so you can develop and connect with other products and services easily.

Cons

There is a whole new set of programming terms that you need to learn in order to feel confortable with salesforce. It can be very complex even for non-complex tasks, but this due to all of the options that it offers.

### "A all in one data management centre."

October 18, 2021

My experience has been great, I love the fact that so many different companies use the platform and they can always customise it to meet their individual needs.

Pros

I love the fact that I can find all the data I need in one place even though we have so many different contact channels.

Cons

Depending on the amount of data I need, the systems sometimes freezes but I understand that sourcing the data takes a little bit longer. I also think out internet speed might play a part in the delay.

### "Salesforce Sales Cloud - CRM at its best"

March 23, 2023

5.0

Pros

In my opinion, Salesforce has always been the best CRM application. I started off with a team of 3 employees including myself and Salesforce has been with us since Day 1.

Cons

The one thing that I found with services is that Saving new and updated data is not an automatic process. This is a more manually done directive in CRM and may cause loss of leads to which I recomend to ensure your users update their data prior to posting on Salesforce Cloud.

Reason for choosing Salesforce Sales Cloud

For me, Salesforce was the right fit because it was in my buget, I didn't need to hire expensive programmers to ensure my Sales platform was productive, secure and live and I controlled the ability of Salesforce to my liking and requirements.

### "Excellent Features, Wide-Ranging, Enterprise-Level CRM"

November 11, 2020

5.0

As I always say, you get what you pay for and that's certainly true with Salesforce. Adding Salesforce to your tech stack is a big investment, but one that will almost certainly pay for itself.

Pros

Salesforce is incredibly robust for automation and capturing data if you have a knowledgeable administrator at the helm of your business. Being able to create different sections (objects), fields, reports and rules in a matter of minutes makes it the best CRM I have ever used.

Cons

In Salesforce, everything is connected, which can often times cause errors or minor issues when making a simple change/addition. The software is getting better at educating users and administrators, but it lacks the full ability to debug easily.

### "The Only Sales CRM You Will Ever Need"

April 5, 2022

5.0

I would 100% recommend Salesforce to any sized company seeking growth based around goal-setting and team collaboration. Whether your employer has a team of 2 sales people or even 200, salesforce is the only sales tracking, data management CRM you will ever need as the accessibility and individual components that are offered to each individual user are an incredible value for what the true cost is to use Salesforce. Our overall sales have boosted an additional 20-30% as a result of switching over to Salesforce!

Pros

Salesforce is not only extremely user friendly but very beneficial to all sales associates within a set group as the reminders, sales tracking database, task manager, and calendar features have become integral components of each salesman's daily routine here at our dealership. Where we work in such a fast paced environment that's constantly changing and evolving, it's crucial to keep everyone on our Sales team on the same page regarding where vehicles stand within the sales/finance/service process to ensure we maximize every potential deal and are able to turn units as quickly and efficiently as possible with cost effectiveness in mind.

Cons

There are no cons to using Salesforce that I have encountered yet as the software has been incredibly useful so far in keeping my Sales team updated, punctual, converting more leads, and more invested in their work output but having daily reminder's set to to held each Salesman accountable for their daily tasks and follow ups.

[Xcellerator](https://www.capterra.com/p/140906/Xcellerator/)

Xcellerator had a bit of an old fashioned Windows XP feel that was not always the quickest or easiest for our sales team to use or view. It was mainly a helpful catalyst for our Service department to use in keeping track of vehicle details or service records however now that we all use Salesforce our processes have sped up drastically and the learning curve is much easier. Everyone in each department here is now able to confidently use Salesforce to gain any customer or product information needed in simply half the time it used to take them to gather that information within Xcellerator!

### "There's potential"

May 13, 2021

4.0

The dashboard is really something, being able to just add the opportunity and everything will be updated accordingly is something that really speed things up.

Pros

Integration with our business has been pretty good in terms of reducing the admin steps through automation. The "clone" option is extremely helpful, the dashboard gives you the possibility to quickly retrieve what you need which is a great feature, especially if you find yourself "on-the-go"

Cons

The integration with our current business workflow has also been pretty tough not for the usability but for reporting and analysing past trends. We got from Excel to Salesforce and my team is struggling to retrieve the same piece of information being used to have that level of flexibility over in Excel.

### "Great compilation software!"

June 28, 2023

4.0

We have a serious issue with our clients receiving multiple calls from our various divisions sales teams because we were not effectively communicating. This software has provided a central place for our sales team to go to check notes and information on our clients, prior to making calls, to be better prepared.

Pros

Great platform that compiled all of our client information into one place for use by our sales team. Extremely user friendly for those individuals who might not be as tech savvy.

Cons

Not much cons to report, except for the save function. If you do not save your work as you go, you can lose information that you have entered if not properly/timely saved.

Reason for choosing Salesforce Sales Cloud

We chose because we had a new team member who had prior experience. He recommended it to us.

### "Salesforce is the most popular CRM system and it's for a reason!"

April 27, 2022

5.0

I've had a chance to work with several CRM systems and Salesforce is nr1 in my opinion. Thanks to it's user-directed approach and really powerful tools.

Pros

I love the focus on the user experience. Under 'social network-like' interface it delivers powerful tools to manage sales process end to end plus collect all the information regarding parties involved. System itself encourages users to collaborate, thanks to collaboration groups it's super fast and easy to exchange tips of advices across particular focus groups. Various ways of visualizations for presenting data helps users to see metrics they are interested at in a glance as well as to create their own metrics.

Cons

In my opinion there could be some additional efforts dedicated to Knowledge part and articles editor to enhance it's functionality. Apart from that I'm really happy with the system.

### "Salesforce Sales Cloud is a Powerful CRM"

September 13, 2022

4.0

Overall, we are very happy with the product. We will continue to use Salesforce for the foreseeable future.

Pros

Salesforce has been an amazing tool for our business. It's a great CRM, but the thing I like most is the user interface. It’s easy to use and provides the information we need. It also easily integrates with other applications and can be customized and expand as your business continues to grow. I've been working with Salesforce for over 10 years, and I have seen the platform change over time. It is very easy to pull up relevant customer or lead information. The ability to see an entire history of customer activity and engagement is also a nice touch. It's a great tool for any size business.

Cons

One of the biggest drawbacks for me is the online documentation. The interface changed to Lightening Force a few years back. When searching for documentation, it is common to find old, outdated articles that no longer pertain to the current interface. The online support is also a bit cluttered and difficult to navigate. Once you become a customer, the Account Executives constantly try to up-scale you on added features or upgrades.

Reason for choosing Salesforce Sales Cloud

Salesforce is very flexible and scalable. It will allow you to evolve over time and has many powerful features.

### "Best CRM out there"

May 19, 2021

5.0

BLESSING, if you take into perspective all this application does and just go 20 years back in time. This is what sales are all about, and the platform has sales in mind. Brilliant.

Pros

Jesus! is this CRM good. it has a quality for details and information that I have yet to see on other CRMs, on top of all that the things that it lacks makes up for compatibility with other softwares. So even if you dislike lets say the automation email feature since it isn't as customizable as you'd like, you can link it to another software that does do what you require and send it out from salesforce. Overall Just a top-tier product.

Cons

Email automation, it's not the best and a little hard for the more complex email follow-up processes but other apps that sync solve that so no major issues.

### "Very useful tool but be aware of the registering environment of your company"

February 12, 2022

4.0

Pros

Is a very massive and good tool, but you have to be aware of all the features so you can have more benefits.

Cons

To get very good results using the tool you have to be very focused in minimizing data mistakes when employees are using it. So maybe make some conditionals, or restrict some access so people can be lead in how to make a good register.

### "Salesforce: The Expensive Customizable CRM/Platform"

December 6, 2022

4.0

We use Salesforce both as a CRM internally and also a platform to release our web-based software. It's a solid CRM and a solid platform, but it does have some major limitations that really cause us to question our decision to go with Salesforce. The first is the lack of a native backup solution. Salesforce instead asks you to work with third-party backup solutions which are incredibly expensive. If you think your Salesforce licensing is expensive, wait until you ask for a backup provider solution. You are looking at thousands of dollars a month, which is price prohibitive for small companies. Salesforce will let you export your data weekly (not daily) but it's all just in plain CSV files. If you ever need to restore that data, it's nearly impossible. This is largely why the backup providers charge so much, because of the need to rebuild a complex database system with all the relationships, junction objects, etc.The software is extremely customizable, with the ability to create custom objects, fields, relationships on the fly. This is where Salesforce is remarkable -- their code and database renders changes on the fly, so you don't need to wait to use any of these. You can build a custom object, add fields, and start capturing data immediately. Missed a field? Add it and update your page layouts and keep going. However, bear in mind that every feature in Salesforce is also a hurdle.

Pros

Extremely customizable and extensibleEasy to build custom objects, fields, relationships between objects, etc.No-code Flows offer an ability to automate your system without resorting to Apex codeAppExchange offers multiple tools to expand your org's usability and integrate with other web-based applicationsMassive infrastructure and widespread adoption increases ability to interact with other web-based applicationsLarge 24/7 support teamPermissions are very granularStrong API support with capability to update org metadata using VS Code and other toolsHIPAA/HITECH/SOC certified

Cons

No native backup solution (and if you ever need to restore, good luck!)Very expensiveComplicated licensing and versions (Standard, Enterprise, Unlimited, etc.)Permissions are endlessly complex to configure and maintainEndlessly complex to maintain (private vs public list views, related lists, page layouts, lightning layouts, sharing settings, Flows, reports, dashboards, etc.)Salesforce make changes on a quarterly cycle which can impact your business processesInconsistent platform behaviors (Classic vs Lightning)Limitations can be incredibly frustrating, often with no workaroundsNot an ideal solution for small companies

### "Full Fledged CRM for Every Business"

May 16, 2022

5.0

My overall experience with has been exceptional. It's easy to implement, maintain and teach others to use it. The functions and flows are intuitive and easy to navigate once we get some experience. I highly recommend Salesforce Sales Cloud to every business as it can be used by businesses of any size.

Pros

While there is a bit of a learning curve - Salesforce has exceptionally good and intuitive flows we get used to it. Another thing I like very much about is its scalability. Any business size can use it and scale it as the business grows which is rare in other CRMs as most are dedicated to certain business sizes. It is also flexible and customizable. I have set it up for a few clients of mine with little deviation in usage requirements and it worked perfectly with all of them. There is also a lot of automation that we can directly use - also we can take benefits of easy integrations available with other service providers. Also, it generally has more functions than we need so we don't need to worry much if the software is enough for a company. Maintaining it is also easy as every cloud service. Also, as with every cloud service - we can access it from different kinds of devices which is a added bonus.

Cons

I don't think there is much to dislike about - I think the pricing for small businesses can be better. Also, there is a bit of a learning curve but that's okay as of all CRM I have used to date - Salesforce was relatively easier to learn.

### "pleased"

May 26, 2021

5.0

Overall it is pretty good, it could be better but it also could be worse I have used other ones out there and this one is one of the better ones.

Pros

It is pretty easy to use. It is very organized. Always keeps me on task and it also calls out for me which is really decent. I love having the script to read right there as well. If I need to send someone a hard copy or an email for information that's just a click of a button as well. The features are nice and are easy to use. The dialer that calls out for you automatically is great as well.

Cons

When you use MTM dialer to call cell phones its a real pain. I have to type the phone numbers in myself! That takes up so much of my time when the other dialer just instantly calls. I also do not like that when I am putting someone's information in to send them an email or hard cop mail I have to literally exit out of what I am doing and loose all the information I just filled inn if I forget something because your not able to minimize or move the window. That kind of stinks.

### "If you are a startup, keep looking. Think twice if you have 15-20 sales rep"

September 18, 2015

4.0

Even though I wasn't part of the selection of the application, I must admit it is a great software, but mostly because the experience that has built into. Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities are the basic pilars of every Sales process, and the information you can manage with it gives you a lot to track sales and team performance. It takes time to train and configure it and that's why I would not recommend it for a startup (besides the cost). We wanted to have a software that could help us manage the sales process and be able to help our sales and provide information to the management, and we could get that with Salesforce.

Pros

The experience that the software has embedded in the features and the ability to configure and adapt it to our processes. One example of this is how they map the selling cycle: Campaigns, Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Opportunities, Contracts. About features, the reporting that they have, even if with our version is limited, it's one of the most powerful I know. And you can complement it using other software such as Dataloader.io Another thing that we use a lot is the ability to create workflows. Pro Edition only have that for Contracts, but the ability to combine different objects with processes is very powerful. Another thing is the app market that they have, hence the development model and integration features they have. Even if you have a limited version such as ours, you can always extend the functionality using other apps.

Cons

I would say that what I like least of it is their licensing model. Since they are so big, everything costs a lot, and the way they modularized the system sometimes just doesn't make sense. For example, the Professional Edition includes the ability to create forecasts out of the Opportunity pipeline, but it requires the ability to configure permissions and user profiles that you can't do with that edition! After long hours talking to the support, they told me that the only way to do it is to go Enterprise, which costs the double. Another thing that for a new user, and being exposed to several other application, the UI hurts your eyes. But here is a fact: Salesforce is used for thousands of companies for a very long time, so changing anything in the UI would cost millions to companies in training. At least that is what they say, and I believe it.

### "Salesforce Sales Cloud Review"

August 31, 2021

5.0

Overall very good experience. I think it\`s one of the best products on the market.

Pros

It\`s the most popular CRM in the world so it\`s easy to adopt for a new company because sales teams all around the world are usually familiar with it. Also, it\`s very customisable and if you need you can build and implement many functionalities especially if you have an experienced Salesforce team. Has a big app-exchange with lot\`s of out of the box solutions in place to buy or even for free. Overall nice user experience, with many functionalities.

Cons

It\`s designed for enterprise companies. You need an admin in place or an experience consultant to adopt system successfully because it has many functionalities and it takes time to learn quite complex system. It\`s quite expensive.
