### "Un CRM completo pero muy complejo"

Es un CRM que puede hacer casi cualquier cosa, pero que requiere de un equipo de desarrolladores para poder alcanzar su máximo nivel. Además, el soporte no es muy bueno, y en ocasiones, ofrece respuestas vanas y que no aplican a lo que se pregunta.

Pros

El CRM por excelencia. Es innegable que como software para el seguimiento de ventas es el más potente. Además permite hacer casi cualquier cosa y es 100% customizable a la necesidad de cualquier empresa sea cual sea su modelo de negocio.

Cons

Pero uno de los mayores inconvenientes de este software es su complejidad. Es necesario un buen equipo de desarrollo no solo para ponerlo en marcha, si no, para continuar sacándole partido a largo plazo.

The dashboard! I love how easy you can incorporate the data from the reports to the dash board.

Cons

This might be the bandwidth or the laptops we are using, but we are experiencing a lag when using this tool. Currently reporting multiple issues that we encounter in using it daily.

A great addition to our sales provcess which has given better pipeline reporting and visibility across the business but better opportunity identification\\trends within our customer base and reduced sales cycles.

Pros

The intuitive and welcoming UI ensured it was easy for the Sales team to be able to navigate and leverage the platform. This was key for our internal adoption, as the tool is only successful if sales use it. The additional sales automation in the platform improved efficiency and pipeline understanding.

Cons

There is always disruption when migrating to a new Software application and particularly for a sales process tool like Salesforce Sales cloud but this is not a fault of the application, more a reflection of the key business deliverables of the product.

Gestione totale del mio portafoglio clienti, dove poter effettuare anche un prescoring finanziario aggiornato prima della proposizione in vendita.

Cons

A volte il processo di firma in remoto crea qualche problema, ma il nostro servizio di supporto SalesForce interno all'azienda riesce quasi sempre in tempi brevissimi a risolvere i bugs.

No complaints here. Salesforce was huge with the success of our sales team.

Pros

Tracking all leads and current customers is made easy with Salesforce. I was able to combine all of my calendars and link them with salesforce which allowed me to see all of my scheduled events and schedule other events easily.

Cons

The app didn't always work the way I'd like for it to, but the web version is amazing. I don't really think there were any cons other than that.

Again, I would be unable to manage the number of accounts I have without the use of Salesforce.

Pros

I manage 75 software accounts. I could not manage this without Salesforce. I have an open task on every client which ensure I do not miss any opportunity to engage with a client. Every task is logged in salesforce and would provide a history, not only for me, but anyone that later had to pick up on my job.

Cons

The only negative I could say is that I wish I had additional modules that would aid in the management of existing accounts. I know the capability is there. We simply don't have all the modules and are more focused on using it for sales.

The software offers amazing customer relationship management tools which really help in lead management and Salesforce automation.I appreciated the high level of customization available in the software, it's possible to customize the platform to fit almost all business needs including both reports and workflows workflows.Salesforce Sales Cloud provides comprehensive analytics and reporting capabilities which allow businesses to monitor their sales performance.The platform offers mobile apps that allow sales representatives to access data in the field. This is extremely convenient in accessing CRM data.The Customer Support is also amazing . They are always ready to help out.Salesforce Sales Cloud easily integrates with third-party apps. For example in our company we managed to integrate it with tally.

I work with various teams and peers all around the globe and Salesforce makes communication and management simple in a streamlined and easy-to-implement tool that consolidates every essential function of our business and integrates everything all in one place.

Pros

Salesforce is easily the most essential software my team uses on a daily basis. From account managers to sales executives to campaign managers to operations, Salesforce integrates all the components needed to successfully forecast incremental opportunities, manage client forecasting, setup and report on campaigns, and communicate across teams from all around the world. It's all-in-one functionality not only makes the software essential, it is irreplaceable.

Cons

With all of it's strengths and valuable features, Salesforce could be improve by increasing automation to make the software even more seamless. Since the software is flexible and setup on as-needed basis with a range of various nuances, automated functionality could take Salesforce to the next level by automating workflows, communications and handoffs between teams, and enhanced AI learning to better analyze prospective leads to prioritize high value deliverables and opportunities in a flash.

It was pretty good I love the software and now i am used to it after 1-2 years of use but feels like their can be lots of more improvements that needed to be done to engage customers active participation and way more presentable if they are able to improve their cons now then i am sure that they can reach to their HIGHEST potential level which they are today lacking behind,Overall it was a very good experience and i am always happy with it today also but can be pleasant if they improve more.

Pros

On the significant level, Salesforce Sales Cloud can do everything without a doubt, revolves around dealing with the clients, dealing with the valuable open doors around those clients, dealing with the undertakings, calls, exercises, everything.

Cons

One region where the arrangement could improve is with taking care of component demands. I feel like their are many components missing such as a dedicated navigator, and a way more good responsive system from their side. The answers i got for my queries was sufficient but not good i was looking for more explanation but suddenly this not happen.

The benefits that i get from using SalesForce is the ability to track of my salespeople data entry of all the bookings, sales statistics within my region, and so much more. Moreover, from SalesForce i can email a customer directly verifying the reservations entered in the system are correct or not, as well very easy to make changes of an existing reservations, adding and remove multiple properties withing my region, and exporting daily revenue data to my revenue management company . SalesForce i believe drives our business to have the ability to track and generate more revenue, and determine where more resources are needed to increase customer satisfaction. I encourage anyone in the CRM business t o utilize SalesForce .

Pros

SalesForce I believe drives our clients sales and track each and every sales person's goals and bookings. As a tech support engineer one of my responsibilities is to support SalesForce users with any issues that occur. As a front end user, features that i like about SalesForce is the ability to enter a specific booking, tracking the revenue of that booking and all bookings entered by a salesperson, easy to edit changes of any existing group, an announcement page that lets me displays the messages that i enter them, and so much more. Moreover, one of the main features that i like about SalesForce is the customizeable dashboard; once logged into SalesForce , the tool's dashboard gives me a detailed view of how a specific hotel's revenue is performing, and also provides detailed summaries of a customer's data and other relevant statistics.

Cons

One of the biggest downside of SalesForce is the password expiration duration; as a salesperson i keep having to entered a new password every 30-45 days or so, I wish there was an option to extend the duration of the password expiration. I know it is a security protocol within the system itself to recreate a new password for any user after 30-45 days.

Pros

As a well know brand, Salesforce Sales Cloud delivers on it promise to be the only CRM you will need. With it ease of use and many integrations with other software products, this CRM is truly one of the best available for medium to large businesses in the market

Cons

This CRM is too "clunky" for smaller businesses who do not need all of the bells and whistles. While having many input fields is desired for a larger organization, for smaller entities it makes the CRM process seem too complicated and not as simple as a CRM should be. The ability to customize is also limited based on the level of customization needed.

### "Solid CRM That Can Do a Lot"

Overall it has been great for me. As I said, once you get your salesforce process setup up, it's really easy to use, and the crashing that occurs is very minimal: it really only happens when your Salesforce admin tweaks with something. I can't speak to the cost (As I'm just a user), but from my perspective I would recommend it if you're looking for a solid CRM.

Pros

Once you have your Salesforce process setup and streamlined, it's great to use. It's easy to access leads and opportunities and manage data inside them with relatively few issues. I also like the dashboard feature which allows you to see a lot of data from different reports in an aesthetically pleasing manner. I have never used the Zoho CRM, but I know my company switched over and has been using it for over 2 years now.

Cons

The setup process can be difficult and might require some degree of coding logic. Like all software sometimes features won't work and you'll have to contact the salesforce administer within your company to fix it. Also, the reports can kind of be tricky to set up. My biggest complaint is that no two people can edit a file at the same time. There have been times where I've spent 15 minutes inputting information in a file and tried to click save only to see an error message saying that someone else has edited the file. So I wish it would allow for real-time editing amongst co-workers or at least allow me to refresh the page while saving all the data I have already typed up. I'm also not a fan of "lightning mode", which is the new UI that they are trying to push. Salesforce classic is just so much easier to use, and you can see so much data at one time when looking at leads/opportunities.

A complete CRM solution, very easy to use, fast and light. I've worked with several platforms, but Salesforce was the best I've used so far. Highlight for the ease in customizing information and sessions. I had the opportunity to follow the implementation of the platform in the company where I work, and that made me like it even more.

Pros

What I like most about Salesforce is its highly customizable and simple to use interface. Using Salesforce all the information is being provided in a very intuitive way, which does not leave me getting lost as in other platforms. The speed and the possibility of using the Lite version are also great differentials on this great platform.

Cons

The fact that it is a completely online system means that, on very rare occasions, any instability may hinder the use of information. I must confess that this has affected me on very few occasions in more than 6 years of using the system.

Customization options abound, allowing you to make the application exactly what you want it to be. It's also a lot of fun to play with. I've used it with a few clients of mine, each with a somewhat different set of needs, and it worked well. We can also benefit from easy connectors available with other service providers, as well as a significant amount of automation.

Pros

It's great that you're able to work with so many different programs. It's great that you can tailor it to your company's specific requirements, too. Salesforce provides some of the best and most user-friendly workflows we've ever encountered. Salesforce Sales Cloud's scalability is another feature I appreciate greatly. There are few CRMs that cater to a wide range of business sizes and can be scaled up or down as the needs of the organization change.

Cons

Overwhelming when implemented incorrectly. There are times when it's difficult to keep track of everything. Small-business pricing might be improved, in my opinion. Also, there is a learning curve, but that's fine because CRMs are all the rage these days. I've utilized up to this point.

The AppExchange allows Sales Cloud to be rapidly expanded, which is its most valuable feature. Whether it's taking payments, collecting electronic signatures, or integrating a computer telephony system, it's likely that an ISV partner has already constructed what you need.

Cons

It's a pricey product to license and to install because skilled workers are hard to come by. Salesforce as a company is more concerned with making a sale to you than helping you succeed with their product.

Very rarely do i have any issues with this system. It is a efficient system that rarely goes slow for us. It holds all the information in one central location so we can minimise the amount of tabs we have open while supporting our engineers and customers respectively. This improves our efficinecy while taking webchats or phone calls. As mentioned above the phone system sometimes is not the most effective however this is not something we generally use constantly so impact is somewhat mitigated.

Pros

Clean interface. Easy to find the information under nice to find tabs. this makes finding solutions for our engineers much more efficient as i can grab the relevant details needed from a customers account quickly.

Cons

We use this system to also receive calls. This sometimes does not send calls through to us if we have sent emails to customers previously by working cases. This effects our support options as we could think there is no queue where in fact there is a large queue buidling behind the scences.

Using Salesforce for many years has helped keep track of everything business. We use it to track and organize email, notes, files and reports on clients and employees. We use the dashboard feature and notifications to stay on top of needs and alerts. It makes us more efficient in our work and our planning.

Pros

I love the flexibility, the expandability, the collaboration I achieve with the entire organization has helped make us more efficient as a whole.

Cons

The software is expensive yet they did give a non-profit discount that is appreciated. The buy-in from all users is also challenging just due to it being a new software.

I am overall very happy with the the experience and performance of the tool. It matches most of our expectations.

Pros

Out of the box salesforce sales cloud comes with all the features required for any sales organization. There are options to customize workflows, quotes and reports which are very useful. With a little bit of customization, tool can match exact requirement for any organization

Cons

There is still a gap between classic and lightening version. Some options are available only in classic which forces the user to use classic interface which is slightly outdated.

Salesforce is beneficial to us because it provides an integrated database and allows us to prepare marketing campaigns based on scientific data analysis, and the reports that are generated always allow us to make the right decisions about the extent of our campaigns' success and the extent to which we need to improve in order to attract distinguished customers.

Pros

Salesforce enables businesses to do a variety of tasks, such as preparing reports or managing numerous processes that assure the success of marketing campaigns, and its data analytic capabilities assist us in identifying the greatest prospects and attracting more consumers. I really like the customer curation features, which allow us to create a personalized page for each client and include all of the data we've collected about them so that salespeople may tailor special offers to them. Salesforce's extensive capabilities enable sales tracking through data analysis and the use of task managers and calendar-like tools. All of this aids in getting everyone on the same page and maximizing possible deals in any organization.

Cons

There is nothing to hate about Salesforce because it provides several benefits and improves our competitiveness. To get the most out of Salesforce, new members will need intensive training.
