In a nutshell, I love the SSC experience and would definitely recommend it to other companies. Hard to imagine a daily sales life without Salesforce

Pros

I have to admit that it is the best CRM I have been working with. So easy to go from an opportunity to an account or a contact Love the interface

Cons

Some bugs with the data and the amount of the opportunities. It might be more an internal issue but we should have access to more editable things, take the hand on things

My experience has been great. In a manager role, it provides me the detailed insight that I need for my own pipeline but also can highlight other pipelines and trends as well in an easy to digest way.

Pros

Salesforce can generate and house every detail of reporint that I need to use. It can get as high level as you want, or granular as you need. It fits all levels of management needs.

Cons

Oftentimes it can be a little clunky moving from opportunity to opportunity. It may take several clicks on certain pages before the information loads.

I used Salesforce Sales Cloud primarily to maintain contacts, build my pipeline and manage my opportunities as well as creating reports to share with colleagues.

Pros

I appreciated the ability to customize my accounts, contacts and reports. I found that building my pipeline and updating the sales stage of my opportunities was a simple process.

Cons

It is difficult to intuitively know how to make the most out of all of the features. It took some time and trial and error to make the most of the robust suite of features provided.

We use this every day for multiple different things, and it’s helpful to be able to use it in so many different ways. I would maybe edit some things about it, but many of the issues we experience are just setup things that our IT team needs to fix. Overall it’s really helpful and not too hard to navigate.

Pros

I love the clean look and ease of use. There are a ton of different functions we use every day, and it makes it really nice to have it all consolidated into one interface.

Cons

Because it has so many features, it can be easy to get lost if you don’t know exactly what page you need to be using. Training on how we use it is critical, but once mastered, it’s not too bad.

It was terrible. I wish we never went to it. The reporting wasn't great and the overall time to do anything was high

Pros

Honestly, I had no positive opinion of the product. It may have been how the company used it, but I have no pros

Cons

It was always slow and whenever you saved anything it needed to redraw the page. This not only caused delays, but headaches

It's such a useful solution that makes everything so transparent which helps for audits and keeping clients happy as well as keeping everything up to date

Pros

The simplicity of the CRM is so good. It really helps to keep all of the data in one place which makes navigating and keeping all data up to date so handy.

Cons

No negatives whatsoever about the CRM. I love how it links seamlessly with other software like LinkedIn, Outlook and Ringover.

I think Salesforce has potential to be a tool people love to use, but today, sales cloud is more of an obstacle than it is a helpful tool. An overhaul of the UI would go a huge way to improve and there is much work needed to deliver on an experience that actually aids the sales teams using it.

Pros

The most significant advantage in using Salesforce sales cloud is the massive market share Salesforce commands. Given that Salesforce is so widely used, it means you'll always be able to find solutions that integrate with it and to have users on board who are familiar with the product.

Cons

My primary critiques of Salesforce come with the user experience within the product. While Salesforce is massively well known and used across all the big name companies, the UI continues to fall a bit short. The overall look and feel is very dated, processing of data is often slow, it's hard to keep the system up to date, and the overall experience is just not enjoyable to use.

Pros

Salesforce is a great hub to store data, and collaborate company wide on data inputted. Plus, it is extremely customizable while working with their team.

Cons

It takes some time for new users to get used to it and understand, probably due to the tons of functions it offers! It takes some time to navigate through it all.

Salesforce Sales Cloud has given us the most reliable platform for running our sales. It has helped us streamline all our sales activities from leads capturing to closing sales deals with them. With Salesforce Sales Cloud, our sales experience has greatly improved as we are able to close more deals than before.

Pros

Salesforce Sales Cloud is easy to use and the simple user interface it has makes it easy to access all its features. It has a very outstanding reporting feature that provide us with very insightful reports allowing us to understand the performance of our selling activities. Salesforce Sales Cloud also has numerous automations that enable us to automate various selling activities. Its advanced sales analytics allow us to understand our sales trends and to forecast future sales. It also has collaboration tools that enable us to work together during sales.

Cons

There is nothing about Salesforce Sales Cloud that has ever disappointed us. We lack anything to dislike about it.

I have been using this for 2 years, we have an interface in the backend where data from the Salesforce Sales cloud flows into the backend application and we have to refine it and look for leads, trends, customer likings. Using all this information we can make customised deals for probable customers and gain market.

Pros

It has a really good predictive analysis using the Einsteins analysis. It provisions a more streamlined approach to track customer activities- likes , dislikes, etc. This helps in designing marketing strategies, advertisements in accordance to customer likings. I like the api integration it has to integrate with any other product which uses this customer information so as to provision a customised experience

Cons

It has a relatively high pricing compared to similar products in market. Initially the learning curve is slow as it is complex to understand for the beginners. The UI can be made more modular and tailored according to customer experience

Overall has been an incredible experience, at first we were afraid it would takes time to adjust ourselves to this new software, but in just one week everyone was comfortably working with it

Pros

Salesforce came to change thw way you interact with your customers, giving you tools to improve your customers relationships and experiences. All companies sizes can get the most of you, if you are a small company with 10 or 100 agents or even if you are a large one they can even provide AI agents to improve your capacity of interacting with your customers.

Cons

Right now i don't have any cons about Salesforce, we has been using it for about 2 years now and has been a plus, agents adapted very quickly, each agent can add personalized shortcut to make even easier the communication eith our customer.

Feature packed with all kinds of important CRM features. Easy the maintain and use customer data directly from a single platform

Cons

Can sometimes be laggy and search is a bit off. It's not easy to find plugins/features and can get really expensive

I was part of the Technical Support Team (Tier 3) of one of the largest Internet companies in the World for 7.5 years. I gotta say that a huge portion of the success rate of our operation relied on Salesforce and the ability of our Developers to integrate the internal tools with it. I remember a bug organizing tool that was ported to SFDC that made bug handling so smooth I really can't think of any other alternative coming even close to it.

Pros

Its robust, yet flexible platform that allows everyone to get the most out of the tool.

Cons

Nothing I can really remember, we had an issue once where our customer service form was creating 2 tickets but it ended up being a local coding issue rather than a SFDC fault.

Not bad, I've used HubSpot which is very similar. We recently upgraded to a much more robust package.

Pros

It stores the contacts and accounts in a cloud. It seems to work quickly.

Cons

The Today's tasks can't be streamed into just today's tasks not just overdue ones... this requires me to scroll down through all Overdue tasks until I get to actual Today's Tasks.

Salesforce has definitely been beneficial for Client management and recordkeeping. It's been great for data gathering and sorting. You would either have to know some computer skills or willing to learn if you are not going to rely on tech support to setup and keep all maintenance for you. Support has been reliable and helpful.

Pros

Even as a small business where only two of us use the program. Easy records keeping of client databases and client accounts. I love having an easy way of keeping track of open tasks in Cases and accounts that are processing in Opportunities. Being able to run reports off different client information has been extremely beneficial.

Cons

It can be difficult to make changes to the format and templates. Also, would like if the List Emails could be a little more customizable.

I like how responsive the support team is at salesforce. Anytime there was an outage they were quick to solve.

Cons

We constantly experienced glitches and lag times in terms of loading. Data integrity was compromised due to slow updates.

The best Sales CRM tool around. Extensive, it can be integrated with all necessary tools for sales people and is the source of truth of any account manager.

Pros

Incredibly extensive product that can be highly customised to an organizations need. There's a bit of a learning curve but once you're set up, for me as an account manager, you can have a really strong control over your territory.

Cons

Slow and clunky at times, especially if admins make changes that then adds additional clicks to any kind of journey in Salesforce.

It made the processes I worked with feel professional and met the needs of the business. There are so many ways to integrate salesforce and it has a range of plug-ins and expansions. Their sales team is also very friendly.

Pros

Sales force is incredibly useful as a CRM and managing a range of sales, leads and customer workflows. It has been very useful for me in a role where I was managing student recruitment and wanted to track conversion.

Cons

There is a small learning curve, as the software is so vast. However it is definitely worth it, as once you learn the basics, you feel much more in control of your work.

Pros

Its the industry standard, everyone knows how to use it and it will integrate well with anything you use.

Cons

It can be a bit hard to setup correctly unless you have a team dedicated to it. They also will buy a company and only half bake the implantation for a few years.

What I like most about Salesforce is that it gives me a full view of my pipeline. I can track every lead, touchpoint, and deal stage in one place, which is critical in a fast-paced sales role. Custom reports and dashboards help me stay focused on key metrics and manage my follow-ups with clarity.

Cons

What I like least is that the platform can feel pretty clunky day-to-day. Simple tasks like updating an opportunity or logging a call sometimes take more clicks than they should. And if your org hasn’t customized it well, it can be hard to find what you need.

Pros

Salesforce Service Cloud makes it very easy to manage customer issues. I like how it keeps all customer information in one place, so I don’t have to look around for past chats, emails, or complaints. The dashboard helps me see what’s going on at any time. It also lets me set up follow-up tasks and reminders.

Cons

It was confusing when i started using it. There are so many features which you need time to learn how everything works.
