Useful for keeping marketing contacts organized.

Pros

The database is very useful as a CRM and keeping up with contacts across many locations

Cons

This is a very labor intensive database. Users must be very detail oriented and pay attention to what they do in order foer it to work properly. Reporting for daily activities is too spread out over the different dasboards

Overall this is a great system! I would highly recommend this to any org large or small. It’s great for all kinds of tracking!

Pros

This was a great system for tracking all calls/ tracking all trouble shooting in a clean format. We used this to review and keep track of all the information/updates/ trouble shooting completed.. as well as the contact info and contract information

Cons

The only con I can think of (which really isn’t a con at all) is there is Sooo Much you can do but also means so much more to learn and possibly even cause an error in reporting

### "Nothing better than Salesforce"

Overall, Salesforce drives us to be better for our farmers, who are also our owners. The data that Salesforce provides us we are able to share in a monthly report to farmers that wouldn't have the time to review everything.

Pros

What I like most about Saleforce is the ability to house all my documents for over 950 of my farmers. It keeps everything from their contract, photos of the conditions of the farms, the milk production rates, address of the farm and billing address since it can differ and so much more. The amount of data we can input then creates amazing charts and graphs for me, the user so I can visually see productions rates for all farmers in one area. Our company can then target a specific market area.

Cons

When uploading files I would like the option to 'drag and drop' rather than having to physically upload each document.

Overall, I think Salesforce is a great program that will help take your business to the next level, especially if you want to keep your marketing, sales, and support data all in one place.

Pros

The highly customizable aspect of Salesforce makes it the perfect solution for any company - you can easily tweak it to suit any internal processes or flows in place without requiring an overhaul of your entire business. The apps available on the Exchange, as well as all of the integrations that other systems offer for Salesforce help keep all of your data in one single source of truth.

Cons

The reporting and dashboards functionality could use some work to make them more robust. In the past, I have purchased reporting tools that integrate with Salesforce to help give me more of the data I need. I have also had a difficult time reaching a support team member - tickets have gone unanswered for up to a week before.

Overall my experience was alright, it's not my favorite but I will continue to use it.

Pros

Salesforce makes it easily to deploy an omni channel solution to your company's efforts and unifying existing and new data in a fresh CRM. It doesn't have a steep learning curve and works decently well for what it is.

Cons

Salesforce can be clunky, it can be slow, and it isn't exactly user friendly. You do have to learn how to use it

Pros

I especially love using chatter, being able to build and report on opportunities, as well as using the marketing email templates.

Cons

I've only had a positive experience using Salesforce and can't think of any that I don't like about it.

Key benefits that I received from this product were definitely the simplicity of looking up clients with a click of a bottom.. seeing everything in virtual form that I have worked on with them. This product makes a filing cabinet look so outdated. It keeps me organized with all paperwork and keeps me updated with all my clients

Pros

I have used this program for 3 months now and it makes client organization a breeze. It helps me stay organize where others lack. It an entire network where I can have everyone I work with in one place. Searching for people is extremely easy. I can look up a clients portfolio, check their accounts, look at their investment objectives and even check the last time I have met with them through the network that sales force provides me with. Great product!! Hightly recommend!

Cons

I have nothing bad to say about this product! The only thing I wish is that it was created sooner because everyone who did not have the privilege of using this great reasource was at a complete disadvantage. It's such an easygoing application and helps me everyday achieve greatness.

Been using Salesforce for more than 9 years. With so many options and such a level of flexibility, it's been challenging to keep a stable setup, not because of the Salesforce platform, but for the lack of definition of some of the business processes in the organization. For those strong and well stablished processes it's been a great experience in general terms.

Pros

The flexibility to design business processes, adapt data sets to business needs and the continuous improvement and delivery of new functionalities. Also the many possibilities to solve business needs, i.e. app exchange market, integration with other components (marketing cloud, social studio, etc.) and incredible personalized applications like NPSP (Nonprofit Success Pack).

Cons

Reporting is not as strong as the rest of the software. Lightning experience is still slower than classic. Licensing is quite complex and there's a risk of end up paying for things that are not needed.

Un investissement important pour notre TPE qui était censé nous faire gagner du temps et de l'argent mais qui, au final, s'avère être totalement l'inverse.

Pros

Les avantages étaient très nombreux lorsque j'ai échangé en visio avec les vendeurs (ou plutôt apprentis voleurs) de Salesforce. La solution semble très simple à paramétrer et apporte de nombreuses facilités dans la gestion de clients et de projets. De plus, le prix élevé devient tout de suite très attractif si vous vous engager pour 2 ans. Tout cela est une belle arnaque pour les TPE : Il faut avoir fait des études informatiques pour pouvoir paramétrer ce logiciel ou alors payer des consultants très cher pour avoir un outil qui ne correspondra jamais à ce qui vous a été présenté pour vous le vendre. Je trouve les méthodes de vente de Salesforce scandaleuse et mensongère.

Cons

Paramétrage impossible si vous n'êtes pas informaticien avec un support technique uniquement en anglais Un coût extrêmement élevé pour une solution qui ne nous sert pas Un service après vente inexistant

Pros

This is a comprehensive and customizable to which stores all the information to save the sales departments time. It also has customization options where you can pick what you want. With this tool we gained access to customer information so easily. Its cloud based so you can access info anywhere. As a client services manager, i wanted access even during my vacation so this definitely helped me. But i still doubt whether it caters to a company with 200 employees

Cons

Definetly customer support needs to be improved, when you leave a message it replies you some ages after. Expensive but a proper customer care should be given for what we pay and also its open to developers and some times some features are outdated. Need to focus on medium size businesses covieniece too

I have used so many crm tools, from name brands, to new and upcoming tools, to even homegrown and Salesforce is the best hands down. Great tool for all in the organization. Is you train your folks properly you should have less issues, and it provide full transparency. Try them all and you'll eventually come back to the same conclusion, Salesforce is the best and the crm you need.

Pros

Easy to use, Easy to track information both current and past. Easy to share information with team, and even when doing your commissions. Great tool to track your meetings, people that are coming inbound and engagements. Integrates easily with your email to track everything. Single source of truth when seeing performance, tracking it over time, and providing context to others within the org.

Cons

Has its issues with duplicates, and having to weed them out over time. Sometimes difficult to track closed won deals through the initial meeting or initial opportunity.

When the company reaches a certain size, it makes sense to go with Salesforce. The computing power, dashboards, ad-hoc analyses, realtime updates are incredibly useful. Once past the learning curve, the sales team really excels with Salesforce.

Pros

\- any plug in we could ever want is available - incredibly adaptable to your scenario - reporting made easy - dashboards for all interested parties: C level, managers, employees - stores massive amounts of data

Cons

\- requires a few people to set up and maintain the software, to adequately make use of all elements of the software (incl. dashboards, reporting, bug fixes, installing ad ons - expensive per user, compared with other products in the category - sales team required a couple weeks of on-boarding and getting used to the software. There are many components to learn and adapt - not as intuitive as it could be, especially when geared for entry level employees

The service is incredibly expensive, especially for a smaller company. Alternatives like Pipedrive are quickly becoming the norm in the digital marketing and digital ad sales space.

Pros

The application is intuitive. The preloaded sections are easy to understand and universally applicable.

Cons

Nearly every sales rep across marketing and advertising has used this application so there's little training required but I find most changes require getting in touch with an account lead or manager. I often felt like the simplest tweaks or changes required involving someone from Salesforce making it much less turnkey than I had hoped.

Salesforce-based tools can be created more quickly by utilizing pre-built parts and an existing solution as the foundation for new development.

Cons

APEX coding can be difficult. It suggests that even if you have an internally IT team, you will still require the assistance of Salesforce developers.

My experience overall has been positive because Salesforce is the best on the market. If there were a tool that offered the same type of customization and integrations, I'd be willing to consider that. But in the meantime, Salesforce is head and shoulders above the rest in terms of their ability to bring all of your data into one place and allow you to manage and store it in a way that makes sense for your business.

Pros

The integrations are essentially endless, as are the functionalities. Once you learn how to use it, the work flow is really solid. The customizations are unparalleled.

Cons

The ramp-up and training time can be arduous. Feels like it was put together ad hoc over the course of several years, so sometimes everything doesn't work in concert as you'd expect. While the customizations are the best, they do take a lot of time to set up, and there is a delicate balance once it's created, so editing those customizations is often tricky.

Cons

Salesforce is super cool. No cons can be derived from it. Am all okay with what I get.

I like the ability to plan ahead, and also the in depth notes you can add to your call logs as well. It's good to see where you have leads and follow-up and make future plans directly in the accounts. It's quite neat when you figure out how to customize reports or searches, for example if you are visiting a certain area of your city for Sales drop-ins, you can search for other potentials in that area.

Pros

Salesforce is a great software if you are in the sales world. Inside/Outside sales can both benefit from this software . My favourite features are the integration to email for tracking emails, call logging, and call planning. It's easy to plan your schedule in advanced using Salesforce and execute your calls seamlessly. Our business had a strong mentality to plan ahead, so we liked to use this to plan our days ahead of time and it always helped the work flow smoothly.

Cons

I found getting used to the different features when you first start using the software and getting things customized to your liking can take more time. Once you are set up and use it a few times it gets easier though.

Great! The ability to dig into data and generate daily weekly and monthly reports on clients, open tickets and aging projects has help the efficiency of our team.

Pros

It is versatile in that it allows the client to have accounts to enter trouble tickets where our support team can triage and if needed send to development for more investigation and fixing.

Cons

It is so robust that some features are not always intuitive or visible. It can require digging into the software a bit and reading help files. Also permissions of your account play a big factor in determining what features you can and cannot use.
