Pros

It's a good place to put all notes for a patient. Integrates well with our reports.

Cons

Wished that there were more customization options and features. Also wished that it integrated into our McKesson Enterprise pharmacy system.

I am using this software for mainly opportunities and deals management and setting up the follow-ups for all my high priority deals. This software is also giving me the remainder for missed followup and now i am able to do my work efficiently using this software and able to track all my deals in single place. Also their reporting Dashboards are upto the mark with 100% accuracy. Very satisfied with this product.

Pros

Customizations as per the business requirements and mobile app for field sales team working at different locations.

Cons

Initial setup cost is high and also onboarding time is very high. They need to work on these two aspects.

My experience has been up and down. It has great potential to be a wonderful system but it may only be useful for just admin staff and not all workers.

Pros

It is nice that it aggregates all the data and keeps everything together in one place. It has a system that allows us to escalate issues and find the correct team.

Cons

This system can be challenging and it is not user friendly. You have to be trained in this system in order to utilize the function. It is also expensive.

My over all experience with Salesforce is great, the last system I used was like Tetris and Salesforce is like Black Ops 6.

Pros

The best CRM I have used, easy to use, great reports and integrates into all the software we use like HubSpot and Chargebee.

Cons

It’s difficult to say what I like least as it functions bette than any other system I have used, I would say it could look more visually pleasing but it does the job.

As someone working in the field of dental marketing—Sales Cloud provides a centralized place to capture and manage every inquiry when it comes to getting leads from Google Ads, Facebook and our website. Automated lead assignment helps ensure new patient calls or form fills don’t fall through the cracks and custom lead stages allow our practice to tailor pipelines around consultations, insurance verification, treatment plans, and follow-up sequences.

Cons

The program may not be ideal single-location practices. Salesforce may feel overwhelming and expensive compared to simpler dental CRMs. If implementing for front of house staff, it can be overwhelming to train and add this piece of software to staff who already juggle phones, scheduling, insurance, and patient interactions.

C’est le crm le plus adapté pour un bon commercial. La simplicité d’utilisation est vraiment bluffante et ça permet d’organiser au mieux toutes les tasks à réaliser pour tout type de lead

Cons

Salesforce est certainement plus chère que des concurrents tel que HS ou Sugar crm, mais il reste à mon avis le plus performant

The overall experience is very good. salesforce is one of the best system for running a business. We can easily integrate other systems with it. with salesforce there is no need of paperwork and forms. report creation is very easy with sales force.

Pros

The data is more manageable when it is all linked and the. we can easily sort the data. You don't need to worry about PC security if everything is stored in cloud storage. Easy access.

Cons

Sometimes it gets difficult to access from another country, sometimes we won't receive codes for verification. i do appreciate the security but it does affect me sometimes.

Love Sales Cloud, the user interface is phenomenal, setup was a breeze, scheduling is simple, ease of use also a 9.5.

Loved it all. Maybe a little pricey but hey price is objective these days and value for money is definitely already built in.

Sometimes support times can vary and if you want extra premium support this does come at an additional cost.

the costs per person become prohibitive and make it difficult for small businesses and not for profits to utilize, even with special pricing for each unit.

I am using salesfroce sales cloud for mainly CRM work, where i have intergrated my digital paltforms with Salesforce sales cloud and able to capture the leads directly into CRM, then i have setup workflows and routing for lead distribution among team and able to manage the pipeline as well and maintained all our contacts in the database. by using this our marketing and sales team collaboration is very easier and now they are doing all lead and deasl management tasks very quckly and giving more time for closing the new deals.

Pros

I liked their inbult tool chatter for collaboration with internal teams, where i am able to share updates and documents.

Cons

As compared to other CRM Platforms in the market pricing is higher for each individual user, they should implement usage based pricing instead of giving too many features in one package.

Pros

It is a really comprehensive CRM that can meet a lot of unique needs your company may have.

Cons

Salesforce Lightning Experience takes longer to load and is a lot more bulky visually than Salesforce Classic. Major overhauls to Salesforce require months, dedicated personnel, consultants, and a lot of deliberation.
