### "Salesforce Ease of Use"

May 2, 2023

5.0

Overall, I am a big fan of this platform. It provides a great user experience and has really made my job easier. One of the things I appreciate the most about Salesforce is its efficiency. I never feel like I'm dragging an anchor of a CRM behind me when I'm using it. Everything is intuitive and easy to access, which helps me stay productive and focused. In addition, I find that Salesforce offers a lot of valuable features that help me get my work done quickly and efficiently. I really appreciate the platform's versatility and how it can be customized to fit my needs and preferences.Overall, I don't have anything to complain about when it comes to Salesforce. It's a reliable and effective tool that I feel lucky to have in my professional toolkit. I hope that you find it as useful as I have.

Pros

Managing my sales pipeline with Salesforce is pretty awesome. The ability to view everything in a concise dashboard and syncing with the cloud allows me to be effective in my job and actually put my skill as a salesperson into practice rather than wasting time with paper-pusher type tasks.

Cons

I've heard that some people find using Salesforce confusing, but honestly compared to the other options that I've used and the options that I know are on the market, Salesforce is pretty on point. I don't have really anything to complain about.

### "Creative and simple to utilize - Salesforce Sales Cloud"

September 29, 2022

5.0

Salesforce has been a solid instrument for overseeing bargains and giving information and measurements at a granular level.

Pros

Really simple to explore and save significant data. Exceptionally natural inclination makes it simple to learn and figure out its elements.

Cons

The main negative viewpoint I've experienced while using SalesForce is that saving entered information isn't done consequently and can prompt losing work.

### "Salesforce is the leader in its class"

January 11, 2022

5.0

I had a very pleasant experience with Salesforce. I was able to go to one place and find all the information I needed on a customer. I was able to send invoices through Salesforce and then the system would retain a copy of the invoice as a part of the customer record.

Pros

The software is easy to use and it integrates well with other products such as Openair.

Cons

The cost is very high, but it is so because the product is very good.

### "The Salesforce Sales Cloud is a game changer."

March 21, 2022

4.0

Salesforce is an excellent experience because it allows you to leverage all of the out-of-the-box functionalities to deliver an excellent solution to the corporation. The majority of the tasks have been streamlined and structured thanks to the automation technology.

Pros

Salesforce Sales Cloud gives considerable adaptability to the precise demands of our organization, from object development to tiered security. The software can be used for client management, including emails, tasks, maps, and route development. If you require reports, you can quickly modify what you require in order to acquire results from them. Dashboards are beneficial to sales representatives who wish to track their progress throughout the year. Its comprehensive features and interconnectivity are a powerful engine, especially for enterprise-level clients dealing with large volumes of accounts.

Cons

The data format is not always easy to interpret, and the reporting section is quite sensitive to even little changes. The problem of time-to-time cache refresh can be frustrating at times, preventing you from using flows properly. The Salesforce CRM, as well as a few functions, can be a touch buggy at times.

### "Most featuers of any CRM, hard to get user acceptance for some"

May 23, 2019

5.0

Overall I still highly enjoyed working with this CRM and it will always be my favorite to recommend and administer. I have used so many others and out of the box, none compare to the flexibility and ease of use of this CRM. It does come with a high price, so you pay for all that flexibility and functionality.

Pros

I love that it was easy to change features, fields, and objects. They have a lot of training available for the administrator and it is easy to learn workflows and coding. I also like that it has easy to use API integration and I feel like I have more control of my data. My team worked with a SQL database to update and add data and it was a very simple integration to setup and administer. It also works with such a wide variety of tools it was easy to add things and remove them if they didn't work. We also tested many integrations in the sandbox before moving to production. This process was also very seamless!

Cons

When we tried to roll out new features, the users were trained on how to use them but we did not get a good buy in. Many of the tools and workflows we set up were ignored for simpler workarounds that they were used to. There are so many different ways to do the same thing, we ended up with poor data and results from what we were expecting.

### "I use Salesforce to import and record activities on leads as well as create and log opportunities."

February 28, 2018

5.0

Tracking activities and results as well as where I stand against quota is very helpful. The ability to look at older activities and reports also helps as a reference point in new conversations. The customizable features are also very cool. Creating the most efficient work flow is much easier that way.

Pros

It is essential to our business. After going through a long training process the tool becomes second nature. The ability to log activities and data is great. There are countless features of the tool that I only know a fraction of. Running reports and exploring previous activities has been super beneficial to keeping in touch with old leads. Creating list and account views to have all of your information in one place is also very helpful. Searching for leads and accounts is very easy and accessible and quick to find. The dashboard tool is also useful it lets you know up to the minute how you are performing against your quota for the week/month/quarter.

Cons

Due to the size and features of Salesforce sometimes things can get a bit confusing. Learning how to use the tool and being comfortable using it takes a lot of time. Sometimes running reports and account/lead views can be confusing when fields are not filled out correctly and I need assistance from Sales Ops. The tool isn't super user friendly at times and can be slow to load. There are also time that logging activities will not save and you have to start all over which can be frustrating.

### "It made my life easy"

January 4, 2023

5.0

The platform's flexibility to be customized greatly aids in coordinating company procedures with customer needs. Because many customizations may be made using menus rather than coding. Learning to customize objects is easy and straightforward. Thanks to the out-of-the-box tools included in the Salesforce Service Cloud, which is very flexible and easy to use. I really love it!

Pros

You don't have to start form the scratch, which is something I amazed about Salesforce Sales Cloud. This platform will handle the remainder of the job after you upload your existing file there. Rich integration options are one of advantage of Sales Cloud wherein you can do a business operation without needlessly switching tools. I'll gain from as well as it helps me simplify my job and life.

Cons

Some functionalities may not be available at all. Error do occur, but it is still manageable. Merging duplicate cases is not a built-in capability. This feature ought to be integrated directly into Salesforce's software. However, when I encountered some issues, the staff was immediately responding and providing their best to fix the problem right away,

### "Best-in-class CRM and extremely customizable app platform"

April 12, 2019

5.0

We use both internally to run parts of our delivery/project management activities, and implement it for customers both in new installations and full rehabilitations/upgrades.

Pros

Salesforce is hands down the best CRM out there, with endless options to customize it to your needs. The documentation and learning are manageable if you're willing to leverage the resources they offer. Customer support is one of the best I've ever worked with at an enterprise level.

Cons

What's really important about Salesforce is knowing what's your use case and ensuring you're leveraging the platform for all its native features beyond moving on to customizing it via config/code. There are some things Salesforce was just not built to handle out-of-the-box, and for those cases you're better off going with one of the many partners/solutions that integrate neatly with it.

### "Salesforce Sales Cloud Review"

December 28, 2023

5.0

I do not use it too much or know its full usage, but overall Salesforce keeps my company organized, while allowing for us to keep track of changes within the company.

Pros

It is very good at organizing tasks for deviations or changes to products and bulk formulations from a Quality standpoint. It is easy to record the changes needed to specific product or formulas my company is working with.

Cons

Some information is separated by different windows so to figure out our deviation number, I would not be able to go to a single page to read what the deviation is, while being able to know what deviation # it was assigned.

### "Allows me to have a complete understanding of my leads!"

February 10, 2021

5.0

My experience with Salesforce is an absolute game changer. The ability to stay on track across my entire team allows us to close more sales and stay organized.

Pros

This platform is extremely detailed and allows hundreds of options of details and tracking for every single contact put in. It allows any team size to be able to stay on the same page with a sales lead, which is a game changer for larger companies. It’s very easy to stay on track with each lead and having a complete understanding of where they are at in the sales pipeline and more importantly what the next steps need to be.

Cons

Because of the huge amount of options, sometimes it can be overwhelming for new users. Even though the amount of features overall is a plus, there’s still a thing as “too many” and it’s easy to fill out unneeded information for contacts simply just because the line is there for you to fill out. It’s important to determine with your team what is needed and what isn’t.

### "Salesforce CRM Evaluation A Day in the Life of a User"

March 23, 2022

4.0

Salesforce enables me to keep track of leads and their status in the sales process. It allows users to design their own views, however not always the desired view is accessible. Adding pre-set goods to a quotation is simple, but printing the quote or delivering it with a title suited for a customer is more difficult. Overall, Salesforce is valuable since all members of a sales/marketing team can access related information, but there are better solutions for a pure sales platform. I see why bigger firms utilize this application, but I don't believe it is as adaptable as needed for smaller businesses/startups.

Pros

Salesforce is excellent; it has a really clean appearance. I'd have to say it's one of the best CRMs available. It's incredibly adaptable and configurable, and it's excellent for monitoring sales and handling leads. This is wonderful for your business since it gives all users fast access to essential information while also allowing you to readily observe all of your clients' activities. From object creation to layered security, Salesforce Sales Cloud enables for great customisation to our business's specific needs. Its extensive features and interconnections are a strong engine, especially for enterprise-level clients with significant accounts.

Cons

Unfortunately, one of the most significant disadvantages of this program is its intricacy. A solid development team is required not just to get it up and running, but also to continue to benefit from it in the long run.

### "There are a lot of great functions that help with the sales funnel, but it can be difficult to use. "

January 9, 2018

4.0

Since I was able to better track tasks for new and existing clients I was able to build stronger relationships. This allowed me to convert prospects into clients more frequently and quicker than I had before using SalesForce.

Pros

Being able to have to-do items with due dates. This is a great way to keep track of everything I need to do for each client and prospect without having to save the information in my email or calendar. It's easy to organize and I love being able to drag and drop the task as I move through the sales process.

Cons

Information for a new client can take a while to input correctly because there are too many places to put in the same information. As long as your company is specific of where they want information stored it's okay, but if it's not clearly laid out internally there are too many places for critic information to get lost.

### "wonderful"

July 8, 2022

5.0

The whole world is connected through technologies and this has positively influenced the relationships between consumers and companies. This pillar is very important in any interaction, as it concerns the development of an emotional bond between the customer and the company. during interaction with the brand. And that involves the process from start to finish

Pros

Secure information One of the most important aspects of companies using CRM is data security, and this has been one of Salesforce's strengths since its inception. It brings together all customer information in a single database, organized and accessible to everyone according to the roles and permissions associated with each user.

Cons

Employee training. As with any program worth its salt, Salesforce CRM also requires a period of learning to know how to use it correctly. The time spent training workers can be a disadvantage, although Salesforce makes it easy for you through its effective training system that we have already talked about.

### "Set your Processes before Buying"

July 18, 2019

4.0

I love the program but when I need quick support it is not available. we pay for Premier support and that is simply help with entering a case.

Pros

Salesforce is one of the most powerful CRM systems around. There is a lot of functionality that can overwhelm the unprepared user. The power is in the data so if you team does not enter the data you won't get much from Salesforce. For a power user, it is very simple to use and has great capabilities.

Cons

One downside is ease of use. It is such a powerful system that a new user can be intimidated but if your processes and workflows are set, you will have no issues. Also the support is really lacking. The technology to segment your need to a specific person or department does not cover all the bases so you have to spend way too much time trying to figure where to submit your case. Google is my best support person.

### "Incredibly Robust "

November 21, 2018

5.0

I've been using Salesforce from back when it really was just for sales. It's amazing how far it's come.

Pros

Salesforce is a robust SaaS platform that has a fairly friendly UX. As a CRM, there is nothing that beats it, because largely it integrates well with just about everything you may be using as a sales/marketing organization.

Cons

It's worth getting an expert either in-house or as a contractor to help you build Salesforce out to work for you. There is a ton that this software can do, but my experience is that most organizations use 10-20% of its features. I think there could be better onboarding and ongoing support from Salesforce with a salesperson that says, "Hey - I noticed that you aren't using this feature. This is what companies like yours are doing with this aspect, and here are the results, let's get you set up."

### "Salesforce product review"

July 18, 2019

We are trying to integrate the Sales, Marketing and contracting processes via Salesforce.com. The Sales cloud with its numerous functionalities helps in implementing many business cases Also, easy synching with popular contract management softwares helps in quick deployments

Pros

Salesforce is scalable and extensible. Salesforce helps in integrating with multiple applications with many different APIs

Cons

Cost of salesforce is on the higher side and is likely to increase further Some of the user ideas and recommendations remain unimplemented even after 5-6 years. This creates opportunity to write code and bloats up the system

Overall, SalesForce has allowed our team to effectively and efficiently manage our lead flows, pipelines, and maintain ease of contact with our clients. It is essential to the success of our business

Pros

Ability to manage lead flow and tier highest to lowest lead sources to maximize efficiency. Ability to seamlessly integrate various essential applications like Gmail and TalkDesk to allow for high levels of sales prospects speed to contact. The report building is detailed and meets our every needs.

### "If you can't find a better CRM you haven't seen another CRM"

June 23, 2021

They actively told me that my company wasn't a 'valued customer', that will be you too.

Pros

Nothing and the service is horrible. It would of been better to stick with excel spreadsheets.

Cons

They refused to help us, work with our partners, help us with training, allow us to hook up an API, manage data how we saw fit, or work properly with our ESP.

Reason for choosing Salesforce Sales Cloud

It was years ago and we're still suffering because management believes we can't afford to move, despite every HOUR with them is costing us more than helping us.

### "review of salesforce"

August 27, 2020

4.0

My team and I use salesforce on a daily basics for all of our project management needs. It is does take time to get up to speed, it is definitely one of the best software out there.

Pros

Salesforce is a great integration tool across many technologies and stacks. It is very seamless in working in many areas. It has many useful features to keep track of many things.

Cons

Salesforce definitely has a learning curve. Starting off, installing salesforce takes the experience of "fitted gaps" to a whole new level. Then getting all the users accommodated to salesforce is another challenge as it can be quite tricky.

### "Salesforce is AMAZING!"

November 20, 2019

5.0

Very easy to use from a business development perspective. Pretty straightforward. Wish some of the fields were more automated and flowed throughout certain linked items. I'm sure this is an internal issue with the way things are setup on our side, but those are the complexities you need to think about when selecting this type of system.

Pros

It's so easy to use. Quick to add things from a user perspective. I add contacts, leads, opportunities, and accounts and manage those based on my sales process. I really love Lightening view much more than classic. Great visualizations and reporting is very simple to use.

Cons

I really dislike the Classic view. I also dislike that there is only one super user and one slight admin in our company who can really do anything. It's a complex system so not easy to make changes easily. This is also an internal issue to recognize when implementing.

### "Salesforce is a full service contact data machine!"

April 30, 2020

4.0

I don't know how large businesses can go without it. It's a tried and true workhorse and almost expected. Small businesses can cobble something together to duplicate the experience to avoid its cost.

Pros

Salesforce is huge. You can do practically anything with it. It's like the World Wide Web for all things business, but especially for maintaining and managing customer and sales data. It's thorough and versatile.

Cons

Because of it's extensiveness, it can be overwhelming to know how to shape your version of Salesforce to your needs and train others how to use those specific features. I often ask myself "where is that thing that I want, I can't find it". Then look it up on SF's internal guides. I'm not an administrator, but I've seen very high prices for SF, and multiple workers sharing the same licenses to get around spending so much on it.

### "Best CRM solution I've used in the last 10 yrs "

August 31, 2022

5.0

More visibility and tracking of all Sales activities. Better understanding of our own performance.

Pros

The reporting is impressive, best I've ever seen. SFDC is a very logical and intuitive CRM, the most stable and reliable platform (never goes down). Seamless integration with several solutions, we never had any issue with that. I find it very reliable and flexible, we could always customize the platform to our business needs. Automation is a big plus, this helped us a lot to manage, coordinate and track our outbound activities.

Cons

It is not visually appealing, I've seen many CRM solutions with a more creative and fun interface.

### "Easy to use and loaded with features"

November 19, 2018

4.0

We replaced several critical business systems with Salesforce. The platform is easy to use and being able to build yawing clicks instead of code has allows us to use technically minded people who have no coding experience. To make really cool functionality we did need a developer however most of our systems were configured and not coded. It’s amazing how quickly some updates and enhancements can be done.

Pros

Salesforce is very easy to use and has more features and functionality than you will be able to use. Their free training modules are fantastic for new users and for ongoing training.

Cons

If you build you site using classic Salesforce you will find that there is quit a bit you cannot do that seems like a basic piece of functionality. Their customer support is mediocre. They have people who will try to help you but I’ve found that you can find better help faster using the communities.
