Does everything it great. Very useful and easy with other programs. Wish not so costly

Cons

Pricing is too high. Would love better pricing for multiple users. Also tidy up the reporting features for easier use

I’ve been using Sales Cloud for more than 3 years now and can confirm that this is one the best CRM suites out there if not the best. The ability to create and manage the opportunity with the sales strategy and lifecycle is great. I really like the intuitive design and the updates aren’t in the way of managing opps. New features are introduced frequently which is a plus when managing a portfolio of customers.

Pros

An agile cloud based CRM which is essential for keeping up with changes within the organization as well as customer demands. Opportunities, quotes and much more can be done in workflows and makes it easier to manage leads

Cons

Needs a mature sales ops team to drive meaningful outcomes

Pros

I appreciate the many features and capability it offers. it’s not difficult to train people how to use the software. all-in-one solution, you can manage your leads, contacts, customers and more as you use the tool to maximize your potential to close more opportunities.

the customization can be very difficult to do, and it isn’t always the most user-friendly platform

It is very good for high volume clientele especially for big companies. It has everything you need for support systems, email, inbound and outbound calls, chat support, etc.

Pros

The salesforce we used at work had caller ID options which is very advanced compared to the sales management apps i've used with other companies.

Cons

Salesforce doesn't have that high IQ incorporation of contact details saving, wherein it automatically pinpoints which company or contact details the client comes from

Cons

Oftentimes, Salesforce integrations do break between our other applications, which is cause for frequent troubleshooting and breaks in the data.

Overall experience has been good. Took some time to understand the software but overtime it has been a great tool to use.

Pros

I like many features Salesforce has to offer. I have a decent book of business so I really like Service Alerts & Notifications. This feature gives me the ability to stay organized while being able to review increases with clients to better retain my book of business.

Cons

The thing I like least about Salesforce is creating filters. I am not really sure how to create filters and need a better understanding on how to do so.

While it is easy to make notes, there should be a dashboard where you can quickly see a summary of an account

Pros

I really like that Salesforce can connect with different platforms that we use. I also like that it is easy to navigate and see other teammates activities.

Cons

The set up has been a challenge. When my company rolled out Salesforce it was a great concept, but it has taken time to get it where we need it to be to meet our daily task needs.

Cons

While a plus to have so many features, it can be overwhelming. Take some time to complete some additional tutorials and training, and it will help.

\- Great interface: very intuitive - Great performance: fast to open & modify data - Great flexibility: easy to configure it & adapt it to each company

Cons

\- the multi-tab navigation could be better, sometimes it opens a new tab instead of a sub-tab - Einstein Call Insights is not ready yet, it can't understand my words correctly
