### "Amazing CRM Platform"

July 18, 2021

5.0

It is a great CRM platform which gives us a 360 degree view of the customer. The team has a single shared view of the customer which makes resolving customer issues faster. It provides tools for us to connect better with the customer which lead to great relationships and creates loyalty. The ability to build apps on top of the platform enables to design apps that meet specific business needs.

Pros

The platform allows for easy integration with third-party applications. With it we are able to produce detailed reports and it also provides insights for better marketing strategies and creation of a solid sales process. It is reliable and businesses can scale on the same platform without much complexities. It is a great tool for customer acquisition.

Cons

It has a steep learning curve in the initial stages and you require experts when setting up. The price is also high.

### "If you can afford it, this is an essential and powerful system"

April 30, 2023

4.0

Pros

It's been a good experience. We began from scratch, therefore change management is an important component. However, I believe it will have a significant positive impact on our sales and customer service teams. We are connecting it with other systems (workflow, ERP) in order to consolidate as much information as possible in one location for our sales staff to be more efficient. It's taking some time to get used to all of the sophisticated capabilities, but it's a wonderful move for my organization.

### "Salesforce For Life!"

May 17, 2021

5.0

I used it for a small language school that I worked at and it was so helpful to track student leads as well as input information for current students regarding their performance & payment info in a way that was easy for all staff members to find. It also tracked partners such as our university partnerships making things so very easy. We could also input each specific class and the students in that class as well as their payments!

Pros

It stores every single essential bit of information in one place in a way that is easy to find for everyone (even with various skill levels of technology use). It also has a large memory so you can add lots of info no matter what size your school or business is.

Cons

It is expensive for small business and non-profits and it also is complicated to set up (but once you get it set up it is easy to use and worth it).

Reason for choosing Salesforce Sales Cloud

This product is so advanced and allows for everything to be easily accessed once the initial set up is done. It also was way more customizable than other systems so it can be exactly what you need. Additionally, you can have endless amount of space for the prices (as well as the number of users) so this was great for schools who are growing each year.

### "View what's on your plate each day"

July 16, 2020

5.0

Salesforce is a part of my daily work flow. My team uses this to triage projects and tasks that come in from our clients. It's how we track progress on projects and the overall account health of our clients. The features on this platform are endless - almost anyone could utilize this tool to it's full potential to maximize your company's goals.

Pros

I like that I can see what projects are assigned to me specifically. It helps keep my days organized and prioritize projects. I also enjoy seeing what my other team members are working on, it helps our team manage work flow and help each other out when we get busy. I like setting the status on projects so my boss knows why something isn't finished yet. The chatter is another feature that is great for project notes and or status updates.

Cons

I don't love the way emails and attachments come through especially when things are forwarded etc. It can look messy and it's not very intuitive to follow outside of your email. A lot of attachments can be missed or hard to tell where the main question from client is coming from when just a long email thread is dumped into a case.

### "A sales person's love and hate"

April 16, 2020

4.0

Pros

This software was the pinnacle for organization and measurement. All deals, contacts, and accounts, are stored extremely well with access to everything. Also the customization is endless to build any reports necessary. Also the integrations with other products is endless as well. One place to keep everything sales in together.

Cons

The value in SFDC is using salesforce. If something is not entered or entered the way upper management wants it, it is not tracked. Salesforce gives you as much as you give it. However, this can get very tedious especially when setting it up. You must have a project manager for the set up and someone certified to ensure the integration is correct and working. This is not something that can be rushed...

### "Great tool"

March 21, 2022

5.0

Pros

I love how Salesforce is applicable to many different job types. Once someone learns how to use Salesforce, like Microsoft word, they can translate their proficiency to a variety of jobs as it is the gold standard of sales. I like how all my information is stored on one site. I dont need to bounce back and forth between programs. Everything I need is in salesforce.

Cons

I dont have any negative comments about salesforce other than it takes time to learn how to navigate through the software

### "Salesforce is the standard others copy"

October 13, 2020

5.0

Salesforce is the standard that everyone thinks of when it comes to managing your pipeline.

Pros

It's been used at the last 3 organizations I worked at so I was quick to pick up where I left off. It's user friendly in lightning experience.

Cons

It's probably more expensive than competitors. It also is somewhat slow when I have multiple tabs open which Boggs down my workflow.

### "I find SFDC to be the necessary evil in CRM. A horrible interface, but unlimited integrations."

June 6, 2018

3.0

it's really a necessary evil. It keeps the data secure, which is good. But the interface and usability are horrible. Too bad sales reps aren't the ones who make CRM purchase decisions!

Pros

I like that it's in the cloud; easily accessed from anywhere using a leading SSO product. I like the fact that it uses intuitive database names for sales people.

Cons

I LOATHE the interface. CRM interfaces have come so far in such a short period of time; I really wish SFDC would take some appropriate UI/UX considerations in its coming releases. It is remarkable that they have lasted this long. I also think that an SFDC experience is most limited by the implementation. Pay for a professional to implement, and don't rush the process. Bad implementations can truly hurt the user experience.

### "Sword that needs sharpness"

June 9, 2020

4.0

The overall experience is good except for the few Cons. For intermediate level user platform giving everything, but for advance, user platforms missing more customized reporting and more flexibility for data.

Pros

It is a complete package with stability for both Marketing and Sales. Salesforce is very stable when we compare it with other cloud platforms. A large pool of software integration with third-party tools.

Cons

Reports are not flexible for end-user. Sometimes the end-user struggle to achieve the end goal with the reports, it happens 5% - 2 %. More flexibility for editing data in bulk without using the Data Loader. the last one is when we try to edit the data that is edited or syncing with external platforms, salesforce doesn't notify that that data is changing or reverting to old value due to external platform. I think this is a huge drawback to this platform.

Reason for choosing Salesforce Sales Cloud

Due to stability and platform integration options.

### "Good way to stay on top of sales"

November 16, 2017

4.0

I was able to increase my earning potential by capitalising upon opportunities that I did not know I had. It also ensured that I was accountable to my targets and scheduled commitments with potential leads.

Pros

Excellent way to stay on top of your client base with trends and identifies to help you maximise your sales team efforts. Funnel reviews are now a piece of cake. The easy to use interface allows your opportunities to become manageable and easy to identify with the cross relation tool sets.

Cons

The software, like anything else, is heavy dependant upon the administrators and deployment team. If the process is not well established and the outcome goals clearly identified early on, the project will likely have more of a negative impact on the sales team than anything else.

### "Full Featured CRM with a Catch"

May 24, 2022

5.0

Overall, I am a big fan of the Salesforce ecosystem, and I am always happy to work with its products. Sales Cloud itself has not really disappointed me, but it really requires a lot of work to implement it correctly, to use it in conjunction with platforms like Pardot, and to make sure that bad data is cared for.

Pros

At its most basic (pre-code and pre-integration), Salesforce is very easy to use and administer. The Classic UI is very intuitive while reporting is "good enough" for most use cases. Administration and declarative automation practices are both powerful and easy to absorb.

Cons

Salesforce is highly configurable, and that comes with challenges. For the platform to align with the business, you virtually need developers -- and, without a full Salesforce team, this comes with headaches. Like other business-y tools (such as Excel), it's easy to try to do "too much" with Salesforce--to make it a database for everything, for example. This can get very convoluted and very expensive.

### "A great CRM for businesses of all sizes"

February 12, 2021

4.0

Overall, we've had a pretty solid and satisfying experience with Salesforce. They've been around to assist us when required and, after eventually getting set up, we have no complaints as of now.

Pros

Salesforce is an incredibly feature-rich platform and essentially has the capacity to do whatever you're after in your business. We've been able to streamline our pipeline tracking, have full visibility on where potential clients are in the sales cycle and to be reminded on contract renewals. It's a relatively nice-looking software as well which is always a bonus as not everyone on the market is!

Cons

It can be a right challenge trying to set up what you're looking for at times. It's not an easy software to first get to grips with and does take some time to learn (and this goes for your team implementation as well)

We found Hubspot to not have as many features as we required. It felt clunkier and we were being forced into paying for their system (previously on the free version). It was just by looking around that we came across the Salesforce.

### "Alone at the top of CRM systems"

November 24, 2020

5.0

There is a reason they stand alone at the top of CRM solutions. They are constantly improving.

Pros

The ability to make Salesforce anything you need it to be. Customization is possible in almost any facet you can imagine.

Cons

It can be a bit intimidating at first due to the enormity of it. However, Salesforce provides Trailblazer which will train one in any area that is needed.

### "Good CRM software, but sometimes overwhelming with all of the different features"

December 14, 2021

4.0

It is good to have a structured, organized system that has all of my business contacts in one place.

Pros

It is a good way to keep track of prospects and clients. You have paper trails of emails, marketing materials you send them, meeting notes, files you upload etc.

Cons

It is a bit clunky, as there is a lot of different features. Sometimes it runs slow, or you cannot find something because it gets lost in the sauce.

### "The best CRM plataform"

January 20, 2018

5.0

Salesforce give us the opportunity to know how we are working in our company and which are the troubles and limitation that we are having, in this way, we can focus in which issue solve in the first time and from there start to make changes and improve our financial sector, budget and marketing.

Pros

We are in front of the best CRM plataform of the internet, Salesforce offers a huge range of options that you can select to improve your business or your company, with so many features like counts, candidates, contacts, opportunities, calendars, groups, notes, file an so on. Salesforce bring us the opportunity to manage every feature with exact detail of how we are working and how we can improve our businnes. An easy and very pratical interphase you can watch which are the behavior of some features of your company and how to make this way keep going, keeping always in touch with your customers.

Cons

For some people the many options that the plataform offers can be a little overwhelming because you have to know a lot of information to get the better of it. If you do not effort to get all the information and put it in the tool, you are wasting the power of this great tool. The cost can be another limitation, but if you can pay this is the best option.

### "SalesForce ROCKS for tracking all areas of your clients!!"

November 14, 2019

4.0

Absolutely awesome! Very much a great software that has so much to offer a user in terms of running your business and ease of use for even a brand new user.

Pros

ALL the areas that you can use to enter data about your clients: account, cases, emails, notes, etc. There are numerous ways to 'type' your clients for different items they use or are connected to. The report section offers you step-by-step guide that makes creating reports SO easy and editing the conditions can be done in seconds. There is a template section for your emails, that are sent out of the SalesForce software, that saves many many hours after the initial setup. I could go on and on and on....An Absolute Great software! Can't say enough good about it....Just Go Buy It...Like Buy It TODAY!!!

Cons

Over the years people with less understanding entered in data that is either hard to report on as the areas aren't listed in the report section or they failed to enter the data correctly, so cleaning that up is time consuming.
