Pros

I love that Salesforce allows you to configure your org as much as you want, even if you find something not possible right away, you can always look for some third-party app on AppExchange or create some custom code to make your usecase work! It provides you with training on their Trailhead platform, where you can earn badges and valuable certifications. As far as for the sales features, it allows you to fully manage all your sales processes in it. It is super intuitive for beginners and really easy to work on!

Cons

I think the price is the only downside of this solution. This is one of the most expensive CRM software on the market, but it is still understandable why. For someone who looks at the price not knowing it's pros it will just look big, but for a person who sees a value with automating sales processes and decreasing manual work within your sales or support team - it really makes sense.

Maybe I am used to the latency issue, it sucks but you have to get used to it since most of my work are in Salesforce; it's still helpful to use. but overall it's very usable.

Pros

It's customizable. The feature where you are allowed to make your own report and customize your own page depending on your needs it's really helpful.

Cons

The LATENCY. It really sucks, sometimes some of the information would not load, would be stuck on the screen or does not respond.

My overall experience with has been pretty positive. Especially with its integrations and the ways to customize certain things. At first, it was quite difficult due to the complexity.

Pros

I like most about is the ability to integrate it with other services. The product also has an amazing, advanced features that help companies with scaling. The product also most definitely helps me and tailors to my specific needs, especially utilizing their dashboards and reports.

Cons

Things I didn’t like about is the fact that it’s very complex when you’re first using the product and it’s features, especially navigating throughout. I wish it would’ve offered its customers some type of training to use the product. It was just overall complex and a lot to learn.

The automations in always comes in handy for us when tackling the routine tasks and activities like customer data entry and follow ups. Its gives us AI tools that has helped us improve our sales through intelligent sales prospecting and scoring. Salesforce Sales Cloud provide a very secure and well organized location for keeping all our customers data and information. It has an incredible reporting function that offers us useful insights about our sales and our performances.

Pros

I love how I am able to personalize and view all important indicators and metrics. The ease of use along with all access to knowledge articles and other sections helps accommodate a level of FAQ's that is so easy to manage.

Cons

Sometimes the search results can be so large that nothing populates and after waiting for a bit do you get notified to try again.

overall i am using this software from last 6 months, we opted for 10 users licenses, previously we were not using any other crm systems, now after using Salesforce we auotmated the task and sales automation also able to gather all our leads and contact information at one place which is helping us tracking all our contacts. also lead management is quiet easier it gave you notification when any new lead came to system from digital campaigns etc. by using this crm our business is reaching new heights and able to increase our sales conversion ratio by 60%. definitely its a very good crm system

Pros

i liked sales automation where it automates the repetitive tasks such as remainders and followups and lead prioritization functionality i really liked it. which is saving a lot of time of mine

Cons

learning curve is very high, due to more number of features and customizations. per user License cost is also high as compared to other CRM provider in the market.

Overall my experience using the platform has been positive. I haven't had any issues yet and having the integration with Slack allows me to conveniently get notified about any updates regarding our organizations customers.

Pros

What I like most about using is the easy integration with Slack. I'm able to receive notifications with our primary internal comms which I primarly use day to day. This allows me to conviently focus on my work where I don't need to always check Salesforce.

Cons

Currently, I have no issue or con with using as it works as expected. I haven't had a problem so far and it serves it's purpose of integrating into Slack and allowing me to easily check our customer accounts and their ARR.

Used it mostly to keep track of interactions and pipeline, does the job but clearly not the most intuitive thing at first.

Pros

Once set up right, it’s powerful; you can basically track anything, from first call to signed deal and follow-up. The automation helps a lot for reminders or status changes, no need to think about it.

Cons

The dashboard part is nice but not very flexible, you kinda have to adapt to what’s already there. I tried to tweak it for my own metrics but wasn’t that smooth.

It's deep, rich complexity would be a benefit to a larger business but I'd say you need a singular stakeholder who's sole role is managing the platform and can customise it to your needs. If your business can't justify that then I'd suggest finding an alternative platform
