Pros

Ease of use, comprehensive and easy to customize for your business's needs. Easy to track sales cycles in it and love the fact that we can integrate other tools such as CPQ within it. It took a while for my company to move to this tool but glad we did it as it's changed the sales game here.

Latency and downtimes have happened in the past

Overall, Salesforce Sales platform allows great communication with the clients and potential clients, great tool in managing pipeline and allowing allowing wide outreach.

Pros

Salesforce cloud provides a flexibility in CRM software, allowing having sales, deal reviews and client service on the same platform. It has also robust workflows mechanism allowing automated some of the previously manual tasks used by Sales/RevOps teams.

Cons

Deployment of AI Agents was relatively slow than previously expected.

Pros

I love that different softwares can be integrated and it offers a one stop shop for sales reps to communicate with other departments.

Cons

The look and feel is a little old... that may be because it just has so much stuff in it. I would guess there's a way to offer an easier search bar and make report writing, etc. a little easier.

Pros

I like the reporting function and forecasting capability. Once you are trained, it is also fairly user friendly and is easy to navigate.

Cons

Once you are trained the software is user friendly for basic jobs however, the training is extensive and can prove tedious at times.

I have been working jn salesforce cloud and on salesforce software since last 4 years and i feel this a very usefull tool and well know software which is used globally and the most important think which i like is its accessibility of the documents which are stored on the cloud.

Pros

Easy user interface, best to customer and sales database and multiple documents can also be uploaded for further reference

Cons

License is very costly and limited options

I remember the first time using SFDC, it does require some form of training for those who haven't used it before.

Overall great experience and customer service is excellent and willing to help you find your needs and they are also great at following up.

Pros

Salesforce has a lot of great options as far as entering information adding unique fields and making it specific to your needs as well you can also use this across all devices. Laptop to phone to iPad.

Cons

Some fields are tricky and have specific questions that need to be answered before moving to the next field. sometimes those are not highlighted and takes time to find area of particular needs.

I SalesForce Sales Cloud as the CRM tool to coordinate between Avaya and Microsoft Teams to connect with my clients. Salesforce is integrated into my Outlook calendar and stores all client communication data for at least the past 16 years.

Pros

It integrates everything that I need to know really well. From records, to prospect lists, to integrating with my calendar with Microsoft office, it takes a lot of the grunt work out of my schedule.

Cons

It can sometimes lag when I pull up a large number of tasks or have dozens of tabs open.

We just switched to this program in my office. Like I said learning curve. But we are all starting from scratch and we are taking training and also learning from Trial and error.

Pros

The ability to keep everything you need in once software program. Inventory, work orders, job assignments, etc.

There is a learning curve but with proper training it’s easy peezy

It is a great product but not meant for a single user which I was. You need an admin, which I am not.
