### "Using Salesforce"

July 15, 2021

4.0

I think there’s a better way to be able to have information from the specific therapy groups within our system. It’s like an added step that you have to take in order to get information.

Pros

It is distributed within my email system. If there are messages from other groups within the therapy system, I will receive a notification.

Cons

The most undesirable feature of this is that when you get the message in the email, you cannot just open it up and read the message. You have to click on ‘more’, then you have to sign into Salesforce with your username and your password, in order to finish reading the message and then to give a response. This is time consuming and does not appear to be necessary.

### "Keep track of leads information is one placce"

August 9, 2018

3.0

Overall, this application is great especially when you need to gather comprehensive reports on your customer or leads.

Pros

This CRM tool lets you do things in one place. You can gather reports and keep track of the customer records efficiently. As for recruiters like us, prior activity reports are important to know if it is still okay to reach out to a certain candidate and know previous correspondence - salesforce can do that as it can be synced from Gmail too.

Cons

There are times when it gets challenging. especially when generating reports. But most of a time, you get to figure it out on your own, esp if there's some help with an SME. Also, it can really take time to get use on the functionality of the system.

Pros

I liked that it's the most well-supported software of its kind

### "Sales Force - Does your sales team need it?"

June 9, 2019

5.0

Overall, it's been a great asset and a necessity to our team. It's the foundation to our sales contacts and lead generation. I highly recommend it.

Pros

The ability to track specifically the progress of each potential client, their information and the sales person who is assigned to that potential client. It brings in the specifics such as how many calls have been made, when was the time time they were contacted, scheduling meetings and reminders, comparisons sales funnels and integrates easily with other 3rd party apps.

Cons

It does take a while to build it. By that I mean the infrastructure. So much info and work needs to be put into it in order for it to start seeing it in action. Once you do that, then it's all good.

### "A Bit Expensive, But A Must Have "

November 10, 2021

4.0

Pros

It was the brain of the entire organization. It was easy to reference customer data (emails, phone calls, customer support cases, etc.). It was also great to have the ability to integrate with a lot of software programs.

Cons

It can be very confusing to understand. We were moving to a new software update, and it was very difficult to understand where new buttons were. There weren't many resources that the company I worked for provided, so I felt lost.

### "Great for Web Base Customization, Can Be Affordable for Non-Profits, but You Need Support Staff"

June 7, 2017

5.0

Overall CRM system that is dynamic and has great functionality for automation.

Pros

You can build and customize anything from workflows, fields, triggers, and more. You can edit up to 200 records at a time in listviews. The company is always improving its products. There are other applications that you can install the product to meet your business needs for your organization and its functions. It can be affordable if you're a non-profit.

Cons

It's a complicated management system, and you're going to need to have a consultant, and trained staff members to handle its application for your organization. It can become very expensive and difficult to manage very quickly. Adoption among the staff of the product has been slow. They farm out their support tickets to call centers instead of having someone assigned to your account. The user management and client login system doesn't connect well with the overall structures it has in place for accounts and contacts. User profiles, roles, etc. make the user management piece complicated and complex to roll out and enforce. We have had to adopt a free for all system as a result.

### "Daily user for 5+ years, medium proficiency with admin functionality "

March 7, 2018

5.0

Saleforce provided a comprehensive database of all of our clients, as well as the most recent tracked conversation that was had with them. It helped us strategize campaigns to increase engagement, and track sales numbers.

Pros

The user interface is clean, and it's easy to approach for new users. Easy to explain, to learn and to customize to your organizations specific needs.

Cons

Having taken such a large marked share of CRM, Saleforce has a staggering cost per user. The reporting functionality, while robust, is very much something that requires practice to really take advantage of.

### "The driving force of your business"

August 28, 2018

5.0

The ease of making sales makes the customer experience much better.

Pros

SalesForce has a very user-friendly UI for which newly-hired salespeople can quickly pick up and learn. There are a lot of customizations that you can make and it integrates with many subscriptions systems.

Cons

The new lightening view (revamp of the UI) is worse than the classic view. If you switch back to classic view, but SalesForce will automatically switch you over to the updated view from time to time. It is quite frustrating having to switch back to my preferred view.

### "SFC Review "

May 1, 2019

4.0

i work with this tool all day so is a great option to simplify my time and have all my tools in one.

Pros

this program is great for multitasking, actually im using this program at work and have a great environment, provide notification option, follow up, i can modify my profile, its provide us a bigger option to work as we have to manage different tool, with SFC we have all those tools in one and it make the time to work easier. For me is a great program.

Cons

Are some fact that i dont like so much from SFC One it log out constaly, creating customer name it to much work around, the availability in the notification, but i think that everything depends on my job request. but overhall is a great program.

### "The OG SaaS is still going strong"

May 20, 2021

4.0

Not needed for smaller shops but once your sales team starts to scale, it's a must.

Pros

There's a lot that can be used out-of-the-box to setup your own sales pipeline. All customer activity is oriented around CRM so it's important to configure it and make it part of the daily process for sales, marketing, pre-sales, etc. All marketing leads are funneled into Sales Cloud and converted into opportunities depending on probability. Being able to track activity of sales team is also important, to ensure that leads and opportunities don't sit there. We use reports to drive our sales forecast as well as to show progress to the board. All in all, you don't have to do a lot of custom integration or coding to get started.

Cons

There's still a bifurcation of the UI between classic and lightning. We still have half the folks on the team using classic, this makes it hard to do training and documentation if the internal team is not standardized on the UI due to preference. Lightning performance can be slow on occasion. More advanced integrations between support, marketing, finance systems does require fairly technical knowledge. This is where you'll have to pay additional dollars to a consulting firm if you don't have an in-house developer.

### "All I need in one!"

October 29, 2019

5.0

It's been great and the new version is much better and accurate than the Classic version.

Pros

All my most value on customers in one place, from phone call notes to emails to financial info and revenue spent on the last 12 and 6 months on the contact and account level.

Cons

When you merge duplicated accounts it doesn't always transfer the correct information, if one contact spent $20k and another $5K, instead of showing the full revenue on the account as $25K it will show only $5K. It takes more time investigating to make sure the info I see is correct.

### "Powerful and fully integrated"

July 23, 2019

5.0

It's great!

Pros

Salesforce is extremely powerful in its ability to connect with so many other softwares. It is the industry standard CRM so you never have a problem connecting a new tool to it. The reporting ability could be better but it suits my needs for most day to day things.

Cons

When I'm trying to build a report in the new version, Lightning, there seems to be more steps than in the original version to get to the outcome I want. It also seems slower. Interesting when Lightning is supposed to be the opposite of those two things.

### "Salesforce "

December 5, 2018

5.0

Pros

I love the functionality of this product and the communication you receive when you have a question on anything that you are having trouble with. It is very intuitive and the configuration process is pretty straight forward with a bit of a learning curve.

Cons

The one thing I like least about this product is the dashboard functionality within the Classic version. You can't really do much with it, in terms of customization and configuration when it comes to showing data that can be optimized better by sales teams or marketing.

### "Great product"

June 9, 2021

4.0

Great. It does everything I need it to, it's just hard to get going on your own.

Pros

It can do pretty much anything from a sales point of view

Cons

The back end is a pain to use and takes a lot of getting used to. Also setting validation rules is almost impossible without help from a Salesforce person

### "Industry standard for a reason."

July 9, 2020

5.0

Businesses need CRM. This one makes sense and works well and is flexible enough to work for many teams.

Pros

It's just about the most full-featured CRM software out there. Powerful reporting tools, which allow all activities and the massive amount of data you have to be put in context and analyzed. We're using it for sales as well as support and marketing.

Cons

It sometimes just doesn't act the way that's expected (which may be due to our personal company setups on it with regards to other tools and integrations when automating stuff like record creation).

### "Great CRM, good experience"

November 15, 2018

5.0

Great CRM to use, certainly worthwhile to consider if you look for a new or different CRM.

Pros

Salesforce is adding value e.g. by the flexibility of customising the interfaces and process flows in line with internal policies. Reports and dashboards can be generated in almost any required format, and are available 24/7 via multiple channels (browser, app).

Cons

If multiple products/services are added to a an opportunity and/or quotations, it's really time consuming to delete more than 1 product/service as there's not mass- or multiple delete function.

### "Great and helpful software"

December 17, 2021

4.0

It can improve much better.

Pros

Salesforce is a one stop shop for our campaign. It allows me to work on every case dilligently and also, timestamps are crucial when it comes to solving each case. Chatter is one good feature of this app.

Cons

Without tutorial, you will get lost once you use the app. It also takes time to load one case to another.

### "Best CRM in the market"

June 29, 2022

5.0

It had been a great experience so far working with Salesforce and our team loves it.

Pros

\- Scalability is awesome - Out of the box features - Integration capabilities are great - Ease of use - Einstein insights and analytics to provide greater insights - overall deployment timeline is less compared to other CRM available in the market

Cons

They should have Einstein insights available in reports by default.

Reason for choosing Salesforce Sales Cloud

It's No. 1 CRM in the market and hence the best out there.

### "Salesforce using the HandsOn Connect 2.0 app..."

May 8, 2017

5.0

Salesforce should be purchased (along with supported/recommended Salesforce apps) as a comprehensive technology solution to avoid having to change other business processes.

Pros

Salesforce is extremely robust web-based platform that facilitates our Foundation's mission of improving lives through the power of literacy. In particular, we are using a HandsOn Connect app built on Salesforce to manage and track volunteers, coordinators, and literacy-focused volunteer opportunities. Our Salesforce instance can be accessed on and off site, on standard and most mobile web browsers. Customizing records and reports in Salesforce also very easy with drag and drop components, intelligent autocomplete, and a vast community of users and online resources available for support.

Cons

Salesforce is unlike most other platforms on the market - how it works, how to build and maintain, etc. - so users will experience a steep learning curve when switching to this product. All data can be imported and many 3rd party apps interface nicely with Salesforce, but Salesforce may not communicate well with competing and/or seemingly complimentary platforms.

### "Salesforce - The SaaS that has work to do but is the best one out there"

February 6, 2019

4.0

I like Salesforce because it is the one SaaS I know that can hold all information necessary for business operations. Other SaaS try to do this but these are either difficult to adopt or do not have all the useful features.

Pros

I like that you can stay extremely organized, whether it is with legal files and documents, or emails that come in as cases. The email part is great because you can mark the email with a status that helps you stay efficient, orderly, and methodical. If the whole company uses it, it can be a one stop shop for finding all different sources of information with the search bar.

Cons

Some tabs of a bit unintuitive, such as the charts and graphs and the quarterly performance reviews. It takes time to get used to.

### "A highly adaptable CRM solution for your business needs"

December 10, 2019

5.0

We use Salesforce everyday as our portal for our business activity. Our part of the business is to provide technical support to our end customers, and through Salesforce we are connected to every single tool we use for this effect, including reports generated within Salesforce. Aside from system stability and customization options, what makes the experience memorable is that Salesforce allows your company to connect other databases and software via APIs and such, adding even more value to your operation.

Pros

Salesforce allows for the most versatility and customization than what I have seen on any CRM software before. We've been using it daily for the past 5 years and I don't remember a single day of downtime.

Cons

It has a steep learning curve, it takes time to get used to the user interface and find your way around through all the tools. Also, I have seen some strange bugs over the years in regards to we take tech support cases, but they've been nearly impossible to troubleshoot due to the lack of debugging or log tools.

### "Vital Part of our Operations "

December 9, 2020

4.0

I love the software and I'll continue to use it for all my organizational needs.

Pros

I love that this software has so many different things you can use it for. We use some of the programs for application and data collection. We also have an added feature that allows us to create and share usernames with volunteers. We can also contact all our donors and track donations.

Cons

It can be a little confusing before you get everything set up but once you have all the features set up properly, it's a breeze to use.
